از تراکنش «صمیمیت» و «مودّت» در اجتماع منزلی تا «ارتباطات اثربخش» در اجتماع مدنی

این پژوهش به مطالعۀ مفهوم «صمیمیت» در اجتماع منزلی به‌عنوان رمز «اثربخشی ارتباطات خانوادگی» و کمک‌گرفتن از این مشخصه برای اثربخشی دیگر انواع ارتباطات در اجتماع مدنی انسانی می‌پردازد. در این مقاله با کمک‌گرفتن از روش تحقیق تحلیلی استنتاجی نسبتی میان مفهوم «صمیمیت» در اندیشۀ اندیشمندان حوزۀ مطالعات خانواده، با مفهوم «ارتباطات تراکنشی» از منظر اندیشمندان علوم ارتباطات و معارف قرآنی و روایی درباره «خانواده» برقرار شده است. ابتدا از منظرگاه «ارتباطات تراکنشی» که از جمله کامل‌ترین منظرگاه‌های مطالعۀ «ارتباطات انسانی» است به مفهوم «صمیمیت» به‌عنوان اصلی‌ترین مشخصۀ «ارتباطات خانوادگی» توجه شده است و فرایند «تراکنش صمیمیت» و در نتیجه حاکم‌شدن روح صمیمیت در «ارتباطات خانوادگی» بر آن اساس توضیح داده شده است. سپس نسبت آن با مفهوم قرآنی «مودّت» مورد مداقّه قرار گرفته است و «اثربخشی ارتباطات خانوادگی» در سایه «تراکنش صمیمیت» و «تراکنش مودّت» مورد تعلیل واقع شده است. در ادامۀ راهکار اثربخشی ارتباطات در اجتماع مدنی، تعمیم این دو خصیصه «ارتباطات خانوادگی» به دیگر «ارتباطات اجتماعی» و تشکیل «خانوادۀ گستردۀ ایمانی» معرفی شده و مفاهیم «ابوّت اجتماعی»، «بُنوّت اجتماعی» و «اخوّت اجتماعی» تبیین شده است.

this research studies the concept of “intimacy” in family as the key of “effectiveness of family communication” and to take advantage of this characteristic to make other types of communication more effective in human society. in this article, using the analytical-deductive research method, we have integrated the concept of “intimacy” in the thought of family studies scientists, the concept of “transactional communication” from the viewpoint of communication scholars and the knowledge about “family” derived from quranic & hadith teachings. in the beginning, from the “transactional communication” approach -which is one of the most comprehensive approach in the study of “human communication” - the concept of “intimacy” has been described as the main characteristic of “family communication”. then “transaction of intimacy” as a process and establishing the spirit of intimacy in “family communication” as a result have been explained accordingly. then the relation of this concept with the “mawaddah” as a quranic concept has been analyzed and the effectiveness of family communication in the light of “transaction of intimacy” and “transaction of mawaddah” has been proved. then, the solution to the effectiveness of communication in society, has known the extension of these two characteristics of “family communication” to other “social communication” and the formation of an “islamic extended family”. then with the help of the qur’anic verses and hadiths of ahlul-bayt (a.s.), the concepts of “social ubuwah”, “social bunuwah” and “social ukhuwah” have been explained.
