تبیین و تحلیل سطوح ارتباطی قرآن کریم و ترسیم مدل ارتباطی آن به‌مثابه یک فرایند ارتباطی

با وجود همه پژوهش‌های میان‌رشته‌ای صورت‌گرفته میان دین و علوم ارتباطات، پژوهش‌های اندکی قرآن کریم را به‌عنوان یک پدیده ارتباطی موردمطالعه قرار داده‌اند و در میان آن‌ها هیچ‌کدام به تبیین، تحلیل و ترسیم مدل ارتباطی قرآن کریم نپرداخته‌اند. نظر به اهمیت این مسئله و در راستای اسلامی‌سازی علوم‌انسانی، در این پژوهش تلاش شده تا سطوح مختلف ارتباطی قرآن کریم، تبیین و تحلیل و مدل جامع فرایند ارتباطی قرآن کریم بر مبنای آن ترسیم شود. برای نیل به این هدف، در جمع‌آوری اطلاعات از روش کتابخانه‌ای و در پردازش از روش تحقیق استنطاقی استفاده شده است به این معنی که در آن، نظریات و دستاورد‌های بشری بدون تحمیل بر قرآن بر آیات قرآن عرضه شده و طی چند مرحله، نظریه قرآن در مورد آن مسئله استخراج و تنظیم می‌گردد. در این پژوهش، علاوه بر تبیین سطوح ارتباطی قرآن و عناصر ارتباطی دخیل در هر سطح و نیز ترسیم مدل ارتباطی سه مرحله‌ای قرآن بر مبنای آن، مشخص گردید که اولاً سطوح ارتباطی قرآن عبارتنداز: سطح ارتباط وحیانی (ارتباط میان‌فردی)، قرآن شفاهی (ارتباط گروهی و اجتماعی)، قرآن مکتوب (ارتباط‌جمعی و رسانه‌ای). ثانیاً برخلاف تصور مشهور، فرایند ارتباطی قرآن کریم در همه سطوح یک فرایند دوسویه و فراگردی است. ثالثاً قرآن کریم طی یک فرایند دقیق و برنامه‌ریزی شده از یک ارتباط بین فردی به یک رسانه‌ فراگیر جمعی تبدیل شده است.

Explaining and Analyzing the Communication Levels of the Holy Quran and Drawing its Communication Model as a Communication Process

Despite all the interdisciplinary research between religion and communication sciences, few have studied the Qur'an itself as a communication phenomenon. And none of them have explained, analyzed and drawn the communication model of the Holy Quran. Given the importance of this issue and in line with the Islamization of the humanities, in this research different levels of Quranic communication levels are explained and analyzed and the comprehensive model of the communication process of the Holy Quran is based on it. To achieve this goal, the data was collected through library method and they were processed by the method of seeking answers from the Quran itself. In other words, human theories and achievements have been presented to, not imposed on, the verses of the Qur'an and in a few steps, the Quranic views related to them have been extracted and arranged. In this study, in addition to explaining the communication levels of the Quran and the communication elements involved in each level and also drawing the threestage communication model of the Quran based on it, it was found that, firstly, the communication levels of the Qur'an are: Level of revelatory communication (interpersonal communication), oral Quran (group and social communication), written Quran (collective and media communication). Secondly, contrary to popular belief, the communication process of the Holy Quran at all levels is a twoway learning process. Thirdly, the Holy Qur'an has evolved from an interpersonal communication into a comprehensive mass media through a careful and planned process.
