بررسی رابطه‌ی بلوغ فناوری اطلاعات با عملکرد سازمانی و تحقق نیازمندی‌های کسب و کار

عامل اصلی هماهنگی در سازمان اطلاعات مرتبط، مناسب و به‌موقع است. بنابراین داشتن فناوری اطلاعات مناسب، از الزامات اصلی کسب‌وکارهای مختلف است. اما اگر این ساختار اطلاعاتی هماهنگی کافی با کسب‌وکار نداشته باشد، همچون مانعی درجهت فعالیت‌های سازمان عمل خواهد کرد. هدف اصلی تحقیق حاضر بررسی رابطۀ بلوغ فناوری اطلاعات با عملکرد سازمانی و تحقق نیازمندی‌های کسب‌وکار در شرکت همکاران سیستم استان گلستان است. این پژوهش ازنظر نوع هدف کاربردی و ازنظر نحوۀ گردآوری داده‌ها، توصیفی و از نوع همبستگی است. روش انجام تحقیق به‌صورت میدانی و ابزارگردآوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه استاندارد است. تعداد اعضای جامعۀ آماری 68 نفر و اندازۀ نمونه به‌علت محدودیت حجم جامعۀ آماری 68 نفر تعیین شده‌است. برای تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات از روش تحلیل معادلات ساختاری، با نرم‌افزار اسمارت پی‌ال‌اس استفاده شده‌است. این تحقیق شامل دو فرضیۀ اصلی و سه فرضیۀ فرعی است. برپایۀ نتایج حاصل از فرضیات اصلی، بین بلوغ فناوری اطلاعات با عملکرد سازمانی و تحقق نیازمندی‌های کسب‌وکار در شرکت همکاران سیستم استان گلستان رابطۀ مثبت و معنادار وجود دارد. همچنین همان‌طور که پیش‌بینی می‌شد، برپایۀ نتایج بررسی فرضیه‌های فرعی تحقیق، سطح بلوغ فرایندهای فناوری اطلاعات، عملکرد سازمانی و میزان تحقق نیازمندهای کسب‌وکار در شرکت همکاران سیستم استان گلستان در سطح مناسبی است.

investigating the relationship between information technology maturity and organizational performance and fulfilling business requirements

the main factor in the coordination of relevant information is appropriate and timely. so having the right information technology, various businesses are the main requirements. however, if the data structure is not sufficient coordination with the business organization will act as a barrier to work. the main objective of the present study is to investigate the relationship between it maturity with organizational performance and achieve business requirements of system golestan province. this study, in terms of purpose and the method of data collection, descriptive, correlative and in 1393 is carried out. the research method is a questionnaire for data collection tool. the size of the population of 68 people and the sample size was determined due to the limited size of the population of 68 people. to analyze the data using pls software and spss and kolmogorov-smirnov tests and analysis, structural equation modeling is used. this study consists of two main hypotheses and secondary hypotheses. the results showed that the maturity of the main assumptions of it organizational performance and achieve business requirements of system golestan province and there is a significant positive relationship. also as expected, the results showed that the level of sub-hypotheses maturity of it processes, organizational performance and the achievement of the business requirements of system golestan province is at an appropriate level.
