بررسی اثر توسعه شرکت های دانش بنیان و استارت آپ های نوآور پارک های علم و فناوری بر رشد اقتصاد منطقه ای در ایران

هدف محوری این مطالعه بررسی تاثیر شرکت‌های دانش‌بنیان و استارت-آپ‌های نوآور بر رشد اقتصاد منطقه‌ای در ایران می‌باشد. شرکت‌های دانش‌بنیان و استارت-آپ‌ها، بستر خلق ارزش افزوده اقتصادی را از کانال فناوری و نوآوری فراهم می‌کنند. از این رو حرکت از یک اقتصاد منبع محور به سمت اقتصاد دانش محور، مستلزم تقویت بنیان‌های استارت آپی و طراحی زیست بوم کارآفرینی مبتنی بر نوآوری و فناوری می‌باشد. در این مطالعه برای بررسی تاثیر اکوسیستم دانش بنیان بر رشد اقتصاد منطقه‌ای، ارزیابی از سطح فعالیت شرکت‌های دانش محور در پارک‌های علم و فناوری به عنوان مرجع نهادی توسعه این اکوسیستم استفاده شده است. ماموریت نهادی پارک‌های علم و فناوری حمایت از شرکت ها و موسسات دانش بنیان و فناور، به منظور توسعه فناوری ها و دانش موجود و تجاری سازی آن می‌باشد. یافته های تحقیق نشان می‌دهد که تعداد کل شرکت‌های دانش بنیان کشور در سال 1396، 3380 شرکت می‌باشد که از این بین تعداد کل شرکت‌های دانش بنیان تولیدی 780، شرکت‌های دانش بنیان صنعتی 692 و استارت آپ ها 1685 می‌باشد. دیگر یافته‌های این پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که شرکت‌های دانش بنیان تاثیر مثبت و معناداری بر رشد اقتصاد منطقه ای در ایران داشته و میزان فروش واحدهای فناور استان های تهران، اصفهان و خراسان رضوی تاثیر مثبت و معناداری بر رشد فضایی منطقه‌ای در کشور داشته است.

the study of the development of knowledge-based companies and innovative startups of science and technology parks on regional economic growth in iran

the main goal of this article is to investigate the impact of knowledge-based companies and innovative start-ups on the growth of the regional economy in iran. knowledge-based companies and start-ups provide the basis for the creation of added economic value through the technology and innovation channel. therefore, moving from a resource-based economy to a knowledge-based economy requires strengthening startup foundations and designing an entrepreneurial ecosystem based on innovation and technology. in this article, to investigate the impact of the knowledge-based ecosystem on regional economic growth, the evaluation of the activity level of knowledge-based companies in science and technology parks has been used as an institutional reference for the development of this ecosystem. the institutional mission of science and technology parks is to support knowledge and technology companies and institutions in order to develop existing technologies and knowledge and commercialize it. the total number of knowledge-based companies in the country in 2016 was 3380, of which the total number of manufacturing knowledge-based companies was 780, industrial knowledge-based companies were 692, and startups were 1685. based on the findings of this research, knowledge-based companies have had a positive and significant impact on regional economic growth in iran, and the amount of sales of technology units in tehran, isfahan and razavi khorasan provinces has had a positive and significant impact on regional spatial growth in the country.
