نظریه مدنی فارابی چیست؟ تحلیل بخش دوم کتاب الملّه و بیان کاربست سیاسی آن

اگر کتاب الملّه را بنیان سایر آراء مدنی و سیاسی فارابی بدانیم، به هیچ وجه ادعایی گزاف نکرده ایم. ابونصر فارابی با تالیف این رساله فلسفهِ فلسفه مدنی و سیاسی خویش را ارائه کرده است و بن مطالب خود را در آن قرار داده است. با تامل در محتوای این رساله به خوبی می توان آن را به دو بخش تقسیم کرد. معلم ثانی در بخش نخست از مسائلی سخن رانده است که خود بنیان بخش دوم یعنی، علم مدنی می باشد و در بخش دوم که ما در این جستار به دنبال فهم فحوی آن به صورت توصیفی و تحلیلی هستیم، از مسائلی بحث کرده است که آن مسائل، فلسفه مدنی را تشکیل داده است. با تامل و تدقیق در بخش دوم کتاب الملّة، دریافته خواهد شد که فارابی از دو احصاء سخن گفته است. یکی احصاء سعادت و دیگری احصاء سیاست است و به صورت کلی این دو امر، مسائل علم مدنی را تشکیل داده است.

the civil theory of al-farabi: an analysis of the second section of kitāb al-milla and its political applications

if we consider kitāb al-milla as the foundation for al-farabi's other civil and political thoughts, we are not making an exaggerated claim. abu nasr al-farabi presents the philosophy of his civil and political theory through this treatise, embedding his ideas within it. upon reflecting on the content of this work, it can be clearly divided into two parts. in the first part, al-farabi discusses issues that serve as the foundation for the second part, which is the science of civics. in the second part, which is the focus of this study, he addresses matters that constitute the philosophy of civics. a close examination of the second section of kitāb al-milla reveals that al-farabi speaks of two enumerations: one concerning happiness and the other concerning politics. in general, these two elements make up the issues of the science of civics.
