بررسی و تحلیل عقلی حکم ارشاد جاهل در اصول اعتقادی

ارشاد جاهل به معنای تعلیم برخی مسائل به کسی است که از آن‌ها بی اطلاع است. ارشاد جاهل در امور اعتقادی یعنی تعلیمِ مسائلِ اعتقادی به شخصی که از آن مسائل ناآگاه است. هدف از این پژوهش تبیین ادله وجوب ارشاد جاهل در امور اعتقادی و همچنین محدوده این وجوب است. ادله ارشاد جاهل در کلمات علماء کمتر مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. کسانی که به آن پرداخته اند نیز مسئله ارشاد جاهل در احکام را مطرح کرده اند. در این مقاله با مراجعه به منابع دست اول و همچنین پژوهش های به روز از قبیل دروس خارج، ادله مختلف ارشاد جاهل را بررسی کرده و آن‌ها را بر ارشاد جاهل در امور اعتقادی تطبیق داده است. پس از بررسی آیات قرآن و بررسی سندی و دلالی روایات، و ادله عقلی مولف به این نتیجه رسید که ارشاد جاهل در اصول اساسی اعتقادی که اعتقاد به آن‌ها بر همه مکلفین لازم است، واجب کفایی است.
