واکاوی عقلی کرامت انسانی در شیوه تادیب بزهکار از دیدگاه افلاطون

در این مقاله که به بررسی عقلی کرامت انسانی در شیوه تادیب بزهکار از دیدگاه افلاطون می‌پردازد، تلاش می‌شود تا زمینه‌های فکری و فلسفی شیوه‌ی تادیب بزهکار و نقش کرامت انسانی در آن را از دیدگاه افلاطون، که به اعتراف بسیاری از صاحب‌نظران، بزرگ‌ترین فیلسوف تاریخ بشر بوده است، موردبررسی و بحث قرار دهیم. یافته‌های پژوهش حاکی از آن است که ‌به‌زعم ‌افلاطون ‌در ‌معنایی ‌که ‌عقل ‌عرفی ‌از ‌مجازات و تادیب ‌مراد‌ می‌کند، ‌موضوع‌ مجازات ‌در‌ دیالکتیک ‌به‌سوی ‌حقیقت ‌تعالی‌ می‌یابد. پس دیالکتیک ‌افلاطونی ‌در ‌مورد ‌این ‌موضوع ‌با ‌حذف ‌کین خواهی و ‌انتساب‌ اعمال ‌به ‌خدایان، ‌این ‌جزء ‌درست ‌به‌زعم ‌خود ‌را ‌برمی‌گزیند ‌که ‌بزهکار ‌از ‌سر ‌جهل ‌خود ‌و‌ نه‌ خواست ‌ظالمانه‌ی خود ‌مرتکب ‌جرم ‌شده ‌است. ‌و‌ به‌نوعی از ‌مجرم مسئولیت ستانی ‌می‌کند ‌و‌ این‌ آموزه‌ی بنیادین را‌ خاطرنشان می‌سازد ‌که ‌هیچ‌کس‌ اگر‌ بداند ‌به اختیار ‌بدی ‌نمی‌کند ‌و ‌اگر ‌کسی ‌خوب ‌و‌ بد ‌را ‌بداند، ‌بدی ‌را ‌انتخاب ‌نمی‌کند. بنابراین می‌توان نقش و تاثیرکرامت انسانی را در این مسئله آشکارا مشاهده نمود. ‌از همین رو ازنظر ‌فیلسوفان ‌معرفت ‌برای ‌فضیلت ‌بس ‌است.
