بررسی عوامل موثر بر رشد و تعالی شخصیت انسان در جامعه اسلامی: مورد مطالعه سلمان فارسی

رشد و تعالی شخصیت انسان از جمله موضوعات کلیدی در علوم انسانی و اسلامی است که در جوامع اسلامی اهمیت بسزایی دارد. این پژوهش به بررسی تاریخی شناسایی عوامل موثر بر رشد و تعالی شخصیت انسان در جامعه اسلامی با مطالعه موردی زندگی سلمان فارسی، یکی از برجسته ترین یاران پیامبر اسلام(ص)، می پردازد. سلمان فارسی به عنوان نمادی از حقیقت جویی، پاکیزگی نفس، ولایت پذیری، ایمان و اخلاق در جامعه اسلامی و در طول تاریخ پرافتخار اسلام مورد توجه و الگوگیری قرار گرفته است. این پژوهش با روش گردآوری اطلاعات کتابخانه ای و با روش کیفی سرگذشت نگاری تحلیلی به بررسی ابعاد شخصیتی سلمان فارسی پرداخته و سعی دارد با شناساندن نکات مهم و کلیدی زندگی ایشان در برهه های زمانی مختلف الگویی جهت رشد و تعالی شخصیت انسان ها بر اساس زندگی جناب سلمان فارسی ارائه دهد. در این پژوهش، زندگی جناب سلمان در ابعاد روانشناسی و ایمانی، علمی، سیاسی-ولایی و اخلاقی بررسی شده و عوامل موثر بر شکل گیری و تعالی شخصیت ایشان به عنوان یک نمونه ی موفق معرفی شده است. همچنین در پایان مشخص شد که حقیقت جویی، پاکی نفس، تهذیب اسلامی، رفع نیاز دیگران و مردمداری، توجه به محرومان و اطعام نیازمندان، زهد و ساده زیستی، توجه به دانشمندان و فقاهت و از همه مهم تر ولایت و اطاعت از حضرات معصومین (ع) و صبوری در این مسیر، منجر به رشد و تعالی شخصیت انسان تا حد اعلی می شود.

examining the factors influencing the growth and perfection of human character in islamic society: a case study of salman al-farsi

the growth and excellence of human personality is one of the key topics in humanities and islamic sciences, which is very important in islamic societies. this research deals with the historical investigation of the identification of factors affecting the growth and excellence of human personality in the islamic society with a case study of the life of salman farsi, one of the most prominent companions of the prophet of islam (pbuh). salman farsi as a symbol of truth-seeking, self-purity, trustworthiness, faith and ethics in the islamic society and throughout the proud history of islam has been considered and modeled. this research investigates the personality dimensions of salman farsi with the method of collecting library information and with the qualitative method of analytical biography and tries to identify the important and key points of his life in different periods of time as a model for the growth and excellence of human personality based on the life of mr. salman farsi to present. in this research, mr. salman’s life has been examined in the dimensions of psychology, faith, science, politics and morality, and the factors affecting the formation and excellence of his personality have been introduced as a successful example. also, at the end, it became clear that seeking the truth, purity of self, islamic refinement, meeting the needs of others and philanthropy, paying attention to the deprived and feeding the needy, asceticism and simple living, paying attention to scholars and jurisprudence, and most importantly, guardianship and obedience to the innocent people and patience in this path leads to the growth and excellence of human personality to the highest level.
