تبیین مسئله «تجویز ضرب زنان» با توجه به راهبرد قرآن در موضوع خشونت خانوادگی

خشونت خانوادگی از دغدغه‌های جدی دانش‌هایی است که موضوع خانواده را محور پژوهش‌ قرار می‌دهند. قرآن کریم به عنوان منبعی وحیانی، در حوزه خانواده دربرگیرنده مباحثی است که جهت کلی آن به سوی ساختارسازی در این نهاد محوری جامعه انسانی است. در این پژوهش موضوع خشونت خانوادگی با محوریت تبیین شبهه ضرب زنان، مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفته است تا بیان‌گر پاسخی برای این شبهه از نگاه قرآن باشد. در پاسخ به شبهه مطالب در دو سطح سامان یافته است: در مرحله نخست تحلیلی فراگیر از رویکرد قرآن به مسئله خشونت خانوادگی و چگونگی مدیریت افکار جامعه انسانی برای عبور از این فرهنگ غیر انسانی ارایه شده است. در این بخش اثبات گردید قرآن در فرایندی فرهنگ‌ساز تلاش کرده است تا همه زمینه‌های شکل‌دهنده خشونت خانوادگی را سامان بخشد. در مرحله بعد تحلیلی درون‌متنی از آیه 34 سوره نسا ارایه شده است. این تبیین که با در نظر گرفتن دیدگاه کلی قرآن درباره خشونت خانوادگی انجام گرفته است، مشخص می‌سازد آیه مذکور موید خشونت در خانواده نیست بلکه تجویز اقدام شوهر در این باره، در راستای سالم‌سازی خانواده و شوهر را در جایگاه حاکم آگاه به قوانین اسلامی قرار داده است.

clarifying the issue of wife beating in light of the quran’s approach to domestic violence

domestic violence is a serious concern for academic disciplines that focus on the family. the holy quran, as a divine source, encompasses discussions on the family, generally aiming to structure this central institution of human society. this research evaluates the issue of domestic violence, focusing on the clarification of the &wife beating& dilemma, to provide a quranic perspective on this issue. in response to this dilemma, the material is organized on two levels: 1. comprehensive analysis: a comprehensive analysis of the quran’s approach to domestic violence and how to manage the thoughts of human society to move away from this inhumane culture is presented. in this section, it is proven that the quran has strived to organize all the factors that shape domestic violence through a culture-building process. 2.intra-textual analysis: an intra-textual analysis of verse 34 of surah nisa is provided. this interpretation, which takes into account the quran’s general view of domestic violence, clarifies that the mentioned verse does not support violence in the family. instead, it prescribes the husband’s action in this regard within the framework of family health and places the husband in the position of a ruler aware of islamic laws.
