زن و سیاست در قرآن (با تاکید بر حکمرانی ملکه سبا در آیات 22-44 سوره نمل)

تحول گفتمانی اروپای بعد از رنسانس، تغییرات شگرفی در تعریف و منزلت اجتماعی و حقوقی زنان به‎وجود آورده است. انتقال چنین مفاهیمی به جهان اسلام به‎خصوص در صد سال اخیر، مواجهه‏ی مسلمانان را با رویکردهای سنتی جهان اسلام در مسائل حقوقی زنان به چالش کشیده است. این بحران‎ها که برنتابیدن زنان از تفاسیر سنتی یکی از دستاودهای آن است، موجب بازنگری اندیشمندان مسلمان در مسائل حقوقی زنان گردیده و آیات مربوط به حضور اجتماعی زنان را محور اندیشه و نگارش‎های متعددی نموده است. پژوهش حاضر که با روش تحلیلی-توصیفی و مبتنی بر منابع کتاب‏خانه‏ای سامان یافته است، آیات مربوط به ملکه سبا در سوره نمل را نمونه کامل این بازخوانی قرار داده و با تحلیل محتوای آیات، حضور سیاسی–اجتماعی زنان را در بالاترین عرصه اجرایی واکاوی نموده است. نتایج این پژوهش نشان‏می‏دهد، انتقال تجربه زیسته ملکه سبا در امر سیاسی، تایید قرآن بر آگاهی‏های زنان در عرصه‏های فراگیر خطر است که با نیل به صلح و عدالت، راه حل جنگ و غلبه نظامی را در اولویت عملکرد خود ندانسته و تعالی و توسعه انسانی را جایگزین موثر آن قرار می‏دهند. گرایش و عملکرد ملکه سبا در تغییر سازوکار جنگی به مصالحه، و اولویت وی در صلح، امنیت و عدالت، امروزه با واژگان حکمرانی خوب مورد بحث است. این رهیافت با تغییر در روش‏مندی تفاسیر سنتی به روش‎های نوین تفسیری در آیات مربوط به زنان محقق می‎گردد و راه حل منطقی و عقلانی آیندگان را در پذیرش صلح جهانی و عدالت فراگیر و در پذیرش زنان در سیاست‏ورزی و رهیافت گفتمان سیاست زنانه می‏داند.
