ارزیابی دیدگاه مفسران قرآن کریم در موضوع نشوز مردا ن (خوانش تطبیقی تفاسیر متقدم و تفاسیر اجتماعی)

نشوز زوج از آسیب های اجتماعی و خانوادگی است که چالش هایی را در روابط زوجین ایجاد می‌نماید و تهدید کننده امنیت زنان در خانواده است. این مقوله مهم مورد توجه خداوند نیز قرار گرفته و آیه 128 سوره نساء به این موضوع اختصاص یافته است. تفاسیر اجتماعی قرآن نیز نگاه ویژه ای به این مساله داشته اند و به تبیین جوانب مختلف آن پرداخته اند. در پژوهش حاضر سعی شده است با استفاده از روش توصیفی-تحلیلی و رویکرد تطبیقی به دیدگاه­های مفسران متقدم و اجتماعی قرآن و ارزیابی آن ها پرداخته شود. نتایج پژوهش نشان می دهد مفسران متقدم بیشتر بر مباحث لغوی و ادبی این آیه تمرکز داشته اند و در مجموع در این زمینه عملکرد قابل قبولی نیز از خود به جای گذاشته اند. هم چنین در میان تفاسیر اجتماعی نیز فقط عده ای از آن ها در تببین موضوعات اجتماعی این آیه و ارائه خوانش های جدید موفق بوده اند.

nushuz of husband, or the disobedience of the husband, is a social and familial ill that poses challenges to marital relations and threatens the security of women within the family. this significant issue has also been addressed by god in verse 128 of surah an-nisa. social interpretations of the quran have also paid particular attention to this matter, delving into its various aspects. this present study aims to examine the perspectives of classical and social quranic interpreters on nushuz using a descriptive-analytical and comparative approach. the findings of the study reveal that classical interpreters have primarily focused on the linguistic and literary aspects of this verse, demonstrating a generally acceptable performance in this regard. additionally, among social interpretations, only a select few have been successful in elucidating the social themes of this verse and offering novel readings.
