شناسایی خوانش قرآن بسندگان معاصر اهل سنت درباره جایگاه و احکام زنان

تاملات انتقادی برخی از اهل حدیث، منجر به تجدید نظر در حجیت سنت و اعتبار حدیث گردید. ایشان که به جریان قرآن بسندگان تعلق دارند در شکل افراطی‌اش، هرگونه حجیت برای سنت و اعتبار برای حدیث را سلب کردند. براین مبنا دیگر حدیث جایگاه و نقشی در تفسیر قرآن کریم و استخراج احکام شرعی نداشته و صلاحیت مرجعیت و منبعیت در طول قرآن را از دست می‌دهد. از دیدگاه ایشان «بیان‌ القرآن فی داخل‌القرآن» و «القرآن کتاب مبین فی ذاته» است. قطعا با چنین رویکردی جایگاه زنان و احکام ایشان غیراز دیدگاه ها و رویکردهای رایج می‌گردد. جریان قرآن گرایان افراطی (قرآنیون/ اهل‌القرآن) بر اساس عدم حجیت، وحیانی نبودن، تفرقه آفرین بودن سنت وحدیث و اصولی چون تمرکز بر معنای لغت‌و.... نظام فقهی و شرعی خاصی نسبت به زن و جایگاه او ترسیم کرده‌ است که بسیار منطبق بر خصوصیات دنیای مدرن و نظام زنانه‌ای است که بسیار شبیه فمنیزم می نماید.

critical reflections by some hadith scholars have led to a reconsideration of the authenticity of tradition and the validity of hadith. those who belong to the extreme form of the quran-sufficiency movement deny any authenticity to tradition and validity to hadith. on this basis, hadith no longer has a place and role in the interpretation of the holy quran and the extraction of islamic rulings, and it loses its competence as a reference and source alongside the quran. from their point of view, &the explanation of the quran is within the quran& and &the quran is a self-explanatory book.& certainly, with such an approach, the position of women and their rulings will be different from the prevailing views and approaches. the extremist quranic movement (quranists/ ahl al-quran), based on the non-authenticity, non-revelatory nature, divisive nature of tradition and hadith, and principles such as focusing on the lexical meaning, has outlined a specific legal and religious system regarding women and their status that is highly compatible with the characteristics of the modern world and a female system that is very similar to feminism.
