مروری بر کتاب «حاشیه‌های فمینیستی قرآن»

کتاب «حاشیه‌های فمینیستی قرآن» با عنوان انگلیسی «feminist edges of the qur’an» که در سال 2014 میلادی منتشر شد را می‌توان مهم‌ترین اثر عایشه هدایت‌الله دانست. این کتاب در واقع محصول سال‌ها کاوش نویسنده در آثار زن‌مدارانه قرآن‌پژوهان است. هدایت‌الله دارای درجه دکترای مطالعات اسلامی از دانشگاه کالیفرنیاست و از سال 2008 تاکنون در آکادمی مذاهب آمریکا دارای کرسی گروه «اسلام، جنسیت و زن» است و آثار مهمی در زمینه گفتمان جنسیت در اسلام و مطالعات منتشر کرده است. کتاب «حاشیه‌های فمینیستی قرآن» نخستین بار در سال 2014 به چاپ رسیده و بارها مورد تجدید چاپ قرار گرفته است. این کتاب، روش‌شناسی تفسیرهای فمینیستی قرآن در دوره معاصر است. نویسنده در این کتاب پس از معرفی آثار نامدار با گرایش تفسیر فمینیستی قرآن، به گونه ای منسجم خاستگاه، مفاهیم و روش های تحلیلی این مفسران را بیان می کند و سپس این گرایش تفسیری را مورد نقد قرار می دهد. ویژگی برجسته این کتاب، دقت‌نظر نویسنده در تبیین تناقضات درونی دیدگاه‌های مفسران زن‌محور در تفسیر آیات مرتبط با زنان است.

the book &feminist edges of the qur’an& which was published in 2014, can be considered  as the most important work of aisha hedayatullah. this book is in fact the product of the author’s years of exploring the feminist works of the qur’an. hedayatullah holds a ph.d. in islamic studies from the university of california, berkeley, and has held a chair in the american academy of religions since 2008. she has published important works on gender discourse in islam and studies. the book &feminist edge of the qur’an& was first published in 2014 and has been reprinted many times. this book is a methodology of feminist  exegesis of the qur’an in the contemporary era. in this book, after introducing famous works with the tendency of feminist exegesis of the qur’an, the author coherently expresses the origins, concepts and analytical methods of these commentators and then criticizes this interpretive tendency. a prominent feature of this book is the author’s careful consideration in explaining the internal contradictions of the views of womencentered commentators in the interpretation of verses related to women.
