شناسایی گیاهان دارویی و بررسی اتنوبوتانی آنها در شهرستان مهریز استان یزد

هدف: استفاده از گیاهان دارویی، بخشی از فرهنگ مردمان بومی هر منطقه است که طی قرن ها شکلگرفته است و دانش بومی مربوط به این داروهای گیاهی الگوی مناسبی در کشف داروهای جدید است. متاسفانه به دلیل تغییر سبک زندگی ناشی از پیشرفت در تکنولوژی و به دنبال آن ایجاد شکاف بین نسلی، دانش های بومی به سرعت در حال فراموش شدن هستند، ازاین‌رو تحقیق حاضر با هدف بررسی گونه های دارویی و دانش بومی مربوط استفاده از آنها در منطقه مهریز استان یزد صورت پذیرفت.مواد و روش‌ها: پس از تعیین مناطق مختلف رویشگاهی شهرستان، جمع آوری گیاهان دارویی و اطلاعات افراد بومی در مورد خواص درمانی گیاهان انجام شد، علاوه بر شناسایی علمی گونه های جمع‌آوری شده سایر اطلاعات گردآوری شده نیز مجدداً مرتب و بازنویسی شدند.نتایج: بر اساس نتایج حاصل از این پژوهش 92 گونه گیاه دارویی خودرو در این منطقه شناسایی شد که بیشترین گونه ها متعلق به تیره کاسنی، نعناعیان و شب بو هستند، این گیاهان اغلب در درمان مشکلات گوارشی، تنفسی و دستگاه ادراری مورد استفاده می باشند.نتیجه‌گیری: امید است این نوع پژوهش ها، منجر به حفظ دانش بومی و برنامه ریزی در بهره برداری پایدار از منابع گیاهی با ارزش در طبیعت شود.

identification of medicinal plants and their ethnobotanical investigation in mehriz of yazd province

objective: the use of medicinal plants is a part of the culture of the indigenous people of each region، which has been formed over the centuries and indigenous knowledge related to these herbal medicines is a good model in discovering new medicines. due to the change in lifestyle caused and the generation gap، the indigenous knowledge is fast being forgotten، the present research was conducted with the aim of investigating medicinal species and local knowledge related to their use in mehriz region of yazd province.methods: after determining the different habitat areas of the city، the collection of medicinal plants and the information of local people about the healing properties of plants was done.results: based on the results of this research، 92 species of medicinal plants were identified، and the most species belong to asteraceae، brassicaceae، and lamiaceae. most of these plants are used in the treatment of digestive، respiratory، and urinary tract problems.conclusion: it is hoped that this type of research will lead to the preservation of indigenous knowledge and planning in the sustainable exploitation of valuable plant resources in nature.
