مطالعه اتنوبوتانی گیاهان دارویی بومی منطقه بلومان (استان لرستان)

هدف: علم اتنوبوتانی به مطالعه و بررسی چگونگی استفاده افراد یک قوم، فرهنگ و یا ناحیه خاص از گیاهان بومی موجود در آن منطقه می‌پردازد. این مطالعه با هدف جمع‌آوری و شناسایی گونه‌های دارویی منطقه بلومان و معرفی مصارف سنتی و مدرن آن‌ها صورت گرفت.مواد و روش‌ها: جمع آوری و شناسایی گونه‌های دارویی منطقه مورد مطالعه صورت گرفت. استفاده های سنتی و کاربردهای آن‌ها در طب مدرن، از طریق انجام مصاحبه و مطالعه منابع معتبر علمی استخراج شد. برای تعیین اهمیت گونه های دارویی از روش کمّی: ارزش استفاده (use value=uv) استفاده شد.نتایج: فهرستی از فلور و گیاهان دارویی منطقه تهیه شد. در این پژوهش، 53 گونه دارویی جمع آوری و شناسایی شد که به 22 خانواده و 49 جنس تعلق داشتند. در بین گونه های شناسایی شده، 22 گونه دارویی دارای بالاترین ارزش استفاده مشخص (uv) شد. آویشن یا ازگوئه (thymus kotschyanus boiss. & hohen)، بن سُر یا سُرپا (allium jesdianum boiss.)، از گونه های دارای بیشترین ارزش استفاده بودند. فهرستی از نام علمی، نام محلی و عمومی، مقادیر uv و کاربرد آن در طب سنتی و مدرن گونه های شناخته شده تهیه شد.نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج بیانگر دانش بومی غنی در زمینه گیاهان دارویی در منطقه مورد مطالعه بود. یافته های به دست آمده از دانش گیاه درمانی افراد بومی منطقه و تجربیات آن‌ها در طب سنتی و مقایسه با پژوهش‌های جدید درباره این گونه ها، بسیاری از مصارف سنتی و باورهای بومی را تایید می کرد.

ethnobotanical study of native medicinal plants of bluman region (lorestan)

objective: ethnobotany knowledge to study and survey how people of a particular tribe، culture or region use native plants in that region. this study was conducted to collect and identify the medicinal species of bluman region and introduce their traditional and modern uses.methods: collection and identification of medicinal species of the studied area was done. traditional uses and their applications in modern medicine were extracted by conducting interviews and studying reliable scientific sources. in order to determine the importance of medicinal species، the quantitative method: uv (uv=use value) was used.results: a list of flora and medicinal plants of the region was prepared. in this research، 53 medicinal species were collected and identified، belonged to 22 families and 49 genera. among the identified species، 22 medicinal species had the highest use value (uv). thymus kotschyanus boiss. & hohen (azgooah)، allium jesdianum boiss (bon sor) were among the most valuable species. a list of scientific name، vernacular، and common name، uv values، and its use in traditional and modern medicine of known species was prepared.conclusion: the results showed rich native knowledge in the field of medicinal plants in the studied area. the results obtained from the herbal medicine knowledge of the native people of the region and their experiences in traditional medicine and compared with new researches about these species confirmed many traditional uses and native beliefs.
