تبیین عوامل موثر در رضایت‌مندی شهروندان از سرزندگی پیاده‌راه های شهری (مطالعه‌ موردی: پیاده‌راه پزشکان کرمانشاه)

سرزندگی یکی از عوامل مهم در ارزیابی کیفیت فضاهای عمومی است که سبب جذب، حضور، ارتقای تعاملات اجتماعی، افزایش رضایت بیشتر عابران پیاده می‌شود و نیازی اساسی است که با گسترش شهرنشینی و روند روبه‌رشد آسیب‌های اجتماعی در شهرها، هرآینه اهمیت بیشتری یافته است. پژوهش حاضر باهدف تبیین عوامل موثر بر سرزندگی پیاده‌راه پزشکان در شهر کرمانشاه انجام شد. این پژوهش توصیفی‌– تحلیلی است. متغیرهای سرزندگی پیاده‌راه شناسایی و از بررسی متون، مطالعات مرتبط و نظرات متخصصین در قالب پرسش‌نامه محقق ساخته و با تایید متخصصین مربوطه به‌صورت قالب مقیاس لیکرت (پنج‌گزینه‌ای) طراحی و توسط 250 نفر از شهروندان پیاده‌راه پزشکان شهر کرمانشاه تکمیل شد. نتایج حاصل از تحلیل عاملی‌ِ تاییدی (sem) نشان داد از میان 27 متغیر موثر بر سرزندگی پیاده‌راه، تعداد سه عامل قابل‌استخراج است؛1. اقتصادی - اجتماعی‌؛ 2.کالبدی - زیست‌محیطی؛ 3. دسترسی - مکانی. داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار spss تحلیل شدند. نتایج نشان می‌دهند بیشترین میانگین برابر با 4.28 مربوط به متغیر «دسترسی سواره اضطراری» و کمترین میانگین برابر با 2.35 مربوط به «برای معلولین مناسب‌سازی پیاده‌راه» است. در بررسی عوامل موثر در سرزندگی پیاده‌راه پزشکان به ترتیب عامل «کالبدی – زیست‌محیطی» با ضریب همبستگی 0.96‌، «اقتصادی – اجتماعی» با ضریب همبستگی 0.89‌، «دسترسی – مکانی» با ضریب همبستگی 0.85 بیشترین تاثیر را در سرزندگی پیاده‌راه دارند. در بررسی میزان رضایت شهروندان از عوامل سرزندگی پیاده‌راه، بیشترین میزان رضایت از عامل «اقتصادی – اجتماعی» با میانگین 3.97 بوده و کمترین میزان رضایت از عامل «کالبدی – زیست‌محیطی» با میانگین 3.76 است. شایان‌ذکر است میانگین رضایت از سرزندگی پیاده‌راه پزشکان برابر با 3.76 است که نشان می‌دهد وضعیت سرزندگی این پیاده‌راه از نظر شهروندان در حد متوسط است.

explaining the factors affecting citizens' satisfaction with the vitality of urban sidewalks(case study: kermanshah doctors' sidewalk)

introduction: vitality is one of the important factors in evaluating the quality of public spaces, which causes the attraction, presence, promotion of social interactions, increasing the satisfaction of pedestrians, and can contribute to the physical, mental, social and personal development of the city's residents, making it more attractive, desirable and safe for brought public spaces. therefore, with the expansion of urbanization and the growing trend of social damage in cities, this category has become more and more important, and in many urban development programs, it is considered as a goal and sometimes as a main ideal, and its realization is especially emphasized in urban public spaces, is placed .the present study aimed to explain the factors affecting the vitality of the doctors' sidewalk in kermanshah city.. in this regard, answering the following questions is the basis of the work.1- what are the effective factors in the vitality of doctors' walk?2- what is the level of citizens' satisfaction with the vitality factors of doctors' walk?3- what is the living condition of this doctors' walk from the citizens' point of view?methodology: the current research is practical in terms of purpose and in terms of implementation, it is a survey that was conducted with a mixed method of qualitative-quantitative description based on the method of library studies and phenomenological analysis in the field department.in this research, the variables of sidewalk vitality were identified and based on the literature review, related studies, and experts' opinions in the form of a researcher's questionnaire, and with the approval of the relevant experts, it was designed in the form of a likert scale (five options) and by 250 citizens of kermanshah city doctors' walkway in 2024 completed .the results of the confirmatory factor analysis (sem) showed that three factors(1-economic-social, 2-physical-environmental, 3- accessibility-spatial) can be extracted from among 27 variables affecting the vitality of the sidewalk.the data was analyzed using spss software.results:the results show that the highest average equal to 4.28 is related to the variable of emergency vehicle access and the lowest average equal to 2.35 is related to adaptation of sidewalks for the disabled. in the investigation of the effective factors in the vitality of the footpath, the physical-environmental factor with a correlation coefficient of 0.96, economic-social with a correlation coefficient of 0.89, and access-location with a correlation coefficient of 0.85 have the greatest effect on the vitality of the footpath. have. in the survey of citizens' satisfaction with the factors of sidewalk vitality, the highest level of satisfaction is with the economic-social factor with an average of 3.97 and the lowest level of satisfaction with the physical-environmental factor with an average of 3.76.it is worth mentioning that the average level of satisfaction with the vitality of doctors' sidewalk is 3.76.conclusion:the vitality of this sidewalk is average from the point of view of citizens. the level of satisfaction with economic-social, physical-environmental, access-place variables is the same from the point of view of men and women.
