شناسایی و اولویت‌بندی موثر در احیای حمام‌های شاخصه‌های تاریخی با روش تحلیل سلسله‌مراتبی (نمونه موردی: حمام‌های صفوی اصفهان)

معماری ایرانی، میراث ارزشمندی از نسل‌های پیشین است که باید به آیندگان منتقل شود. احیا، یکی از مهم‌ترین روش‌های حفاظت از بناهای تاریخی است که خود مستلزم مداخلاتی چندبعدی است. حمام‌های تاریخی بنا به دلایل متعدد، یکی از آسیب‌پذیرترین گونه‌های معماری هستند که در روزگار حاضر با توجه به دگرگونی در شیوه زندگی، به‌تدریج متروکه و مخروبه می‌شوند. لذا حفظ حمام‌های تاریخی از طریق احیای آن‌ها ضرورتی انکارناپذیر دارد. هدف اصلی تحقیق بر شناسایی و اولویت‌بندی معیارهای‌های موثر بر احیای حمام‌های دوره صفوی اصفهان تمرکز دارد و در پی یافتن پاسخی برای این پرسش‌ها است که شاخص‌های موثر در احیای حمام‌های دوره صفوی اصفهان کدام‌اند؟ و اولویت‌بندی شاخص‌ها (به‌منظور مداخله در حمام‌های صفوی اصفهان) به چه ترتیب است؟ روش تحقیق، ترکیبی است؛ بخش کیفی پژوهش، به گردآوری شاخص‌های اصلی و زیرشاخص‌ها از مبانی نظری، مرور ادبیات تحقیق و مطالعات میدانی می‌پردازد. در بخش کمی، شاخص‌ها و زیرشاخص‌ها با روش دلفی و از طریق متخصصان مرمت نگرش‌سنجی شده و با روش تحلیل سلسله مراتبی و مقایسه زوجی، اولویت‌بندی شده‌اند. در مطالعات میدانی، از بین بیش از 50 باب حمام تاریخی استان اصفهان، بر اساس تمرکز پژوهش بر دوره‌ صفوی و با قضاوت پژوهشگران، به‌صورت غیر تصادفی و غیر احتمالاتی، تعداد 9 باب حمام به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب شده‌اند. نتایج تحقیق نشان می‌دهند که در احیای حمام‌های دوره صفوی اصفهان، چهارده شاخص اصلی و 45 زیرشاخص مرتبط را باید در سه حوزه فنی- کالبدی، اجتماعی- فرهنگی و اقتصادی دسته‌بندی کرد که این سه حوزه ضمن ارتباط منطقی و مفهومی با یکدیگر، هر کدام مستقلاً دارای اولویت هستند و باید به‌صورت هم‌زمان موردتوجه قرار گیرند. توجه به اصول مدون حفاظت با توجه به قوانین و منشورهای مرمتی، حفظ ارزش‌های تاریخی- فرهنگی و کارکردی حمام‌های تاریخی و اختصاص دادن بودجه‌ معین برای احیای حمام‌های تاریخی، شاخص‌های دارای اولویت هستند.

identifying and prioritizing effective indicators in the rehabilitation of historical baths with analytical hierarchy process (ahp) method (case study: safavid baths of isfahan)

introduction: iranian architecture is a valuable heritage from previous generations that must be passed on to the future. restoration is one of the most important methods of protecting historical monuments, which itself requires multidimensional interventions. due to many reasons, historical baths are one of the most vulnerable types of architecture, which are gradually abandoned and destroyed due to lifestyle changes. therefore, preserving historical baths through their revival is an undeniable necessity. the main purpose of the research is to identify and prioritize the effective criteria for the revival of isfahan safavid period baths and seek to find an answer to these questions: what are the effective indicators for the revival of isfahan safavid period baths? and what is the order of prioritizing indicators (to intervene in the safavid baths of isfahan)?methodology: the research method is hybrid; the qualitative part of the research deals with the collection of main indicators and sub-indices from theoretical bases, review of research literature, and field studies. in the quantitative part, the indicators and sub-indices have been evaluated by the delphi method and through restoration specialists, and prioritized by the method of analytical hierarchy process (ahp) and pairwise comparison. in field studies, out of more than 50 historical bathhouses in isfahan province, based on the focus of the research on the safavid period and with the judgment of the researchers, in a non-random and non-probabilistic manner, 9 bathhouses were selected as samples.results: the results of the research show that in the restoration of safavid period baths in isfahan, fourteen main indicators and 45 related sub-indices should be categorized into three technical-physical, socio-cultural, and economic areas, which are logically and conceptually related to each other, each independently.conclusion: fourteen main indicators are identified in three dimensions as follows:technical-physical: documenting and creating the physical quality of the area through revitalization; utilizing a variety of intervention methods according to the shape and foundation of historical baths; paying attention to the written principles of protection according to laws and restoration charters; modernization of historical baths according to the primary function of the building and spatial quality; creating comfort for visitors and employees; revival of historical baths, taking into account the non-destruction of existing decorations; granting consistent use and consistent with previous performance; use of proportions and spatial dimensions; paying attention to preserving the values and totality of the small spaces of historical baths.socio-cultural: satisfaction and cooperation of owners, trustees, and policymakers to support the revival of historical baths; taking advantage of the cooperation of interest groups and local people in the restoration of historical baths; preservation of historical-cultural and functional values of historical baths.economic: allocating a specific budget for the restoration of historical baths; revival of historical baths for the development of the tourism industry.paying attention to the written principles of protection according to the restoration laws and charters; preserving the historical-cultural and functional values of historical baths; and allocating a specific budget for the revival of historical baths are priority indicators.
