طراحی الگوی چارچوب تحلیلی در فراهم ‌سازی شهر آینده‌نگر با رویکرد تبیینی؛ مبتنی ‌بر محیط‌ فرهنگی جامعه‌ محور (گسترۀ واکاوی: کلان‌ شهر تهران بزرگ)

به جهت آشنایی با رفتارهای شهری مبتنی بر محیط فرهنگی جامعه‌ محور، فراهم‌ سازی بن‌مایه‌های آموزشی - یادگیری، امری است ضروری، محیط‌ های آموزشی می‌توانند منشا اصلی یادگیری عنوان شوند، اما شناخت موجود از عوامل ساختاری به سبب تبیین شهرهای آینده‌نگر کافی نیست. در راستای گردآوری اهداف با درنظرداشتن پارامترها، زیرپارمترها و مشخصه‌های مورد واکاوی شهر آینده‌نگر با تمرکز بر محیط فرهنگی جامعه‌محور در فضاهای عام منظر بهینۀ کلان‌شهر تهران بزرگ صورت می‌پذیرد. پژوهش حاضر ترکیبی از رویکرد تحلیلی، با ‌استفاده‌ از روش ‌تحقیق بنیادی و انواع تحلیل محتوای و توصیفی - پیمایشی. بهره می‌برد، شیوۀ تدوین اطلاعات به‌صورت مطالعات از اسناد مکتوب کتابخانه‌ای و میدانی در کلان‌شهر تهران بزرگ انجام شد، جهت برداشت اطلاعات مورد حسب. 388نفر از شهروندان به‌صورت کاملاً تصادفی انتخاب شدند و پرسش‌نامه‌ها به آن‌ها توزیع شد تا اطلاعات برداشت گردد. پارامترهای 5گانه مشتمل بر: تبیین هنر و فرهنگ‌های شهری: (آموزش - یادگیری؛ افزایش انگیزۀ اجتماعی جامعه‌محور)، پتانسیل‌های رسانه‌های شهری: (آموزش - یادگیری؛ اولویت‌بندی اهداف عمومی)، توسعۀ محوطه‌های تفریحی: (آموزش - یادگیری؛ هم‌بستگی)، طراحی محیط راهنما: (آموزش - یادگیری؛ قوانین و مقررات)، و ترویج هویت فرهنگی: (آموزش - یادگیری؛ هماهنگی حقوق)، انتخاب گردید. یافته‌ها حاکی از آن است که طراحی الگوی چارچوب تحلیلی در فراهم‌سازی شهر آینده‌نگر دربردارندۀ پارامترهای پژوهش بر اساس وزن‌دهی به ترتیب؛ (279/0)-ترویج هویت فرهنگی: (آموزش - یادگیری؛ هماهنگی حقوق)-با زیر پارامتر مراکز فرهنگی: 4مشخصۀ تبیین هویت - دسترسی به منابع - آزادی بیان - برابری حقوق در چارچوب 15کُنش. (278/0)-تبیین هنر و فرهنگ‌های شهری: (آموزش - یادگیری؛ افزایش انگیزۀ اجتماعی جامعه‌محور)-با زیر پارامتر عناصر هنری: 3مشخصۀ نوآوری - تعهد - نظم در چارچوب 13کُنش. (220/0)-توسعۀ محوطه‌های تفریحی: (آموزش - یادگیری؛ هم‌بستگی)-با زیر پارامتر عناصر رویدادی: 4مشخصۀ کُنش‌های همکاری - شرکت‌پذیری - مشارکت - جاذبه‌های فراگیر در چارچوب 19کُنش. (134/0)-پتانسیل‌های رسانه‌های شهری: (آموزش - یادگیری؛ اولویت‌بندی اهداف عمومی)-با زیر پارامتر‌های وضوح - خوانایی: 2مشخصۀ احترام - تعامل در چارچوب 7کُنش و (088/0)-طراحی محیط راهنما: (آموزش - یادگیری؛ قوانین و مقررات)-با زیر پارامتر اطلاع‌رسانی: 4مشخصۀ آرمان‌گرایی مثبت به قوانین - احترام به قوانین - رعایت قوانین - آگاهی از قوانین در چارچوب 18کُنش، هستند. به طور خاص، پارامترهای مطرح‌شده از عوامل ساختاری در فراهم‌سازی آینده‌پژوهی شهری با رویکرد تبیینی؛ مبتنی بر محیط فرهنگی جامعه‌محور بوده و می‌توانند تاثیر سازگارتری بر کلان‌شهر تهران بزرگ به وجود می‌آورند.

designing an analytical framework for facilitating a future-oriented city with an explanatory approach; based on the community-centered cultural environment(scope of analysis: greater tehran metropolis)

introduction:one of the most critical areas requiring resonance in the context of socialization is the scope of urban spaces. in this regard, the explanation of teaching-learning theoretically has a close relationship with socio-cultural studies. teaching-learning is crucial for acquiring knowledge and building a self-sufficient nation, just as socio-cultural studies are essential for strengthening the community. specifically, this research focuses on the greater tehran metropolis and examines the design of future-oriented cities with an explanatory approach based on a community-centered cultural environment. the results indicate that the structural parameters and sub-parameters of optimal public spaces are effective in facilitating future-oriented cities and exhibit a synergistic reaction. actions such as the explanation of urban art and cultures, the potential of urban media, the development of recreational areas, the design of guiding environments, and the promotion of cultural identity can contribute to improving urban life and sustainable development. this research suggests that a comprehensive analytical framework based on a community-centered cultural environment can be an effective tool for urban planning and development.methodology: the investigated article adopts a mixed-method (quantitative-qualitative) approach in terms of methodology. the target scope falls under the category of fundamental research and involves content analysis and descriptive survey analysis based on the method of data collection. for data collection, the research utilizes both library and field methods. the tools used for gathering information include documents, phenomenon documents, and questionnaires.results: the results indicate that the questionnaire had appropriate reliability and validity, and the research parameters were accurately measured. furthermore, the findings suggest that the research model and the relationship between independent and dependent variables have been confirmed. this study effectively analyzed the demographic characteristics of the respondents and demonstrated that different educational and motivational approaches have positive effects on society. ultimately, the proposed model for designing an analytical framework in line with the cultural and social development of the greater tehran metropolis has been appropriately evaluated.conclusion: in conclusion, this research asserts that in facilitating a future-oriented city with an explanatory approach based on a community-centered cultural environment in the greater tehran metropolis, the specified parameters, sub-parameters, and characteristics are effective structural factors and exhibit synergistic reactions. explaining urban arts and cultures, utilizing the potential of urban media, developing recreational areas, designing guiding environments, and promoting cultural identity are among the actions that can contribute to improving urban life and sustainable development. this study also emphasizes the importance of designing a comprehensive analytical framework based on a community-centered cultural environment, which can serve as an effective tool for urban planning and development in the greater tehran metropolis. this framework can guide cities toward a bright and dynamic future by intelligently and sustainably utilizing their resources and potential.
