ارائه الگوی علّی جهت ارتقاء حافظه فعال مدیران پرتفوی

پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارائه الگوی علّی جهت ارتقاء حافظه فعال مدیران با روش دیمتل فازی به اجرا درآمد. این پژوهش از نظر ماهیت و محتوا از نوع توصیفی می باشد. در این پژوهش اطلاعات مربوط به 15 نفر از خبرگان و مدیران صندوق های سرمایه گذاری مشترک است که نمونه آماری را تشکیل می دهند . نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که شش عامل اصلی حجم و پیچیدگی اطلاعات، سیستم‌های پشتیبانی اطلاعاتی، استرس و فشار روانی، چندوظیفه‌ای بودن، مهارت‌های شناختی و تحلیلی و تجربه حرفه‌ای بر ارتقاء حافظه فعال مدیران تاثیر دارد همچنین روش دیمتل نشان داد میزان تاثیر گذاری حجم و پیچیدگی اطلاعات برابر 1.650 و بیشترین تاثیر گذاری را بین عوامل دارد همچنین میزان تاثیر پذیری این عوامل برابر 0.506که کمترین تاثیر پذیری را بین عوامل دارد . حجم و پیچیدگی اطلاعات در بین همه عوامل بیشترین ارتباط یعنی ارتباط برابر با 1.143 دارد و در نهایت میزان اهمیت این عامل برابر 2.156 است که رتبه اول اهمیت و تاثیر گذاری را به خود می گیرد و می توان گفت یکی از مهمترین عوامل در این تحقیق است

presenting a causal model for improving the working memory of portfolio managers

the present study was carried out with the aim of presenting a causal model for improving the working memory of managers using the fuzzy dematel method. this research is descriptive in nature and content. in this research, the information is related to 15 experts and managers of mutual funds, which constitute the statistical sample. the results of this research showed that six main factors: volume and complexity of information, information support systems, stress and psychological pressure, multitasking, cognitive and analytical skills, and professional experience have an effect on improving the working memory of managers. the dematel method also showed that the effect of volume and complexity of information is 1.650 and has the highest effect among the factors. the effect of these factors is 0.506, which has the lowest effect among the factors. the volume and complexity of information have the highest correlation among all factors, that is, the correlation is equal to 1.143, and finally the importance of this factor is equal to 2.156, which ranks first in importance and influence, and it can be said that it is one of the most important factors in this research.
