شناسایی عوامل موثر بر تصمیم برونسپاریِ حسابداری ابری با استفاده از معادلات ساختاری

این مقاله با هدف بررسی ویژگی های فرآیند حسابداری جهت تصمیم برونسپاری در حسابداری ابری انجام شده است.سیستم های اطلاعات حسابداری ابری، دسترسی گسترده و همه جانبه به شبکه را به ازای هر بار استفاده فراهم می کند؛ در مقایسه با سیستم های حسابداری سنتی، فرصت های بهتری برای مقیاس، ارائه دسترسی بهتر به نرم افزار و سخت افزار مورد نظر، امکان کنترل بیشتر و پتانسیل همکاری بهتر با شرکای زنجیره تامین را فراهم می کنند. مکانیسم اصلی برونسپاری به گروه های تجاری اجازه می دهد تا به فرآیندهای کوچکتر تقسیم شوند واز مرزهای سازمانی یا جغرافیایی فراتر روندو باعث می شوند فرآیندها با کارایی بیشتری برونسپاری شده و موجب بهبود انعطاف پذیری در ساماندهی تحویل فرآیندها، کاهش هزینه هاو تمرکز بر فرآیندهای اصلی شرکت می شود. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل 384 نفر از اعضای انجمن حسابداری و حسابرسی در سال 1400هست. ابزارگردآوری اطلاعاتی از طریق پرسشنامه می باشد. برای سنجش روایی پرسشنامه از روش محتوا، همگرا و واگرا و برای آزمون صحت مدل نظری پژوهش و محاسبه ضرایب تاثیر از روش معادلات ساختاری به‌وسیله نرم‌افزار لیزرل استفاده شده است. نتایج نشان داد تکرار فرایند، نیروی کار متخصص، شدت اطلاعات و نیاز به تماس با مشتری در کاربران حسابداری ابری تاثیر مثبت و معنی دار داردو عدم اطمینان در کاربران حسابداری ابری تاثیرمنفی و معنی دار دارد.

identify the factors influencing the decision of outsourcing cloud accounting using structural equations

the aim of this study was to investigate the characteristics of the accounting process for outsourcing decisions in cloud accounting. cloud accounting information systems provide extensive and comprehensive network access per use; compared to traditional accounting systems, they provide better opportunities for scale, better access to the software and hardware in question, greater control, and the potential for better collaboration with supply chain partners. the main outsourcing mechanism allows business groups to split into smaller processes and cross organizational or geographical boundaries, making processes more outsourced and improving flexibility in organizing process delivery, reducing costs and focus on the core processes of the company. the statistical population of the study includes 384 members of the accounting and auditing association in 2021. the content method, convergent and divergent, was used to assess the validity of the questionnaire, and the structural equation method by lisrel software was used to test the accuracy of the theoretical model of the research and to calculate the impact coefficients. the results showed that process repetition, expert workforce, information intensity and customer contact need have a positive and significant effect on cloud accounting users, and uncertainty has a negative and significant effect on cloud accounting users.
