اعتبارسنجی الگوی مطلوب شخصیت از نگاه مولانا و بررسی تطبیقی آن با رویکردهای شناختی و انسان گرایانه

هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف اعتبارسنجی الگوی مطلوب شخصیت از نگاه مولانا و بررسی تطبیقی آن با رویکردهای شناختی و انسان‌گرایانه انجام شد. روش‌شناسی: این پژوهش به لحاظ هدف، کاربردی و همچنین، به لحاظ نوع داده‌ها، آمیخته (کیفی-کمی) از نوع اکتشافی که در بخش کیفی فراترکیب و در بخش کمی توصیفی-پیمایشی بود. جامعة مورد مطالعه در بخش کیفی شامل مبانی نظری و پیشینه مرتبط پایگاه‌های داده داخلی (1380-1402) و خارجی (2000-2023) و در بخش کمی شامل اساتید رشته‌های علوم تربیتی در دانشگاه‌های آزاد اسلامی بود. حجم نمونه در بخش کیفی حذف سیستماتیک بر اساس نمودار جریان مدل پریزما و در بخش کمی 20 نفر بر اساس نمونه‌گیری هدفمند و اصل اشباع انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها در بخش کیفی اسناد کتابخانه‌ای و در بخش کمی پرسشنامه سنجش اعتبار الگو بود. در بخش کیفی به‌منظور محاسبه روایی چک‌لیست 27 موردی بر اساس مدل پریزما و برای محاسبه پایایی روش ضریب کاپای کوهن استفاده شد و در بخش کمی به‌منظور محاسبه روایی از روایی محتوایی و سازه و همین‌طور به‌منظور محاسبه پایایی از ضرایب آلفای کرونباخ و پایایی ترکیبی استفاده شد که نتایج بیانگر روا و پایا بودن ابزارها بود. روش تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها تحلیل مضمون (مضامین پایه، فراگیر و سازمان دهنده) بود. یافته‌ها: نتایج پژوهش حاضر نشان دادند که الگوی مطلوب شخصیت از نگاه مولانا دارای ابعاد بعد اجتماعی شخصیت انسان، خودآگاهی و شناخت خویشتن، مدیریت عواطف و تعادل درونی و تجربه و درس‌آموزی از زندگی بود که این ابعاد دارای مولفه‌های همدلی و ارتباط با دیگران، تعهد اجتماعی و احساس تعلق، تعامل سازنده و همکاری، ارزش‌های اخلاقی و معنوی، والایش و تعالی روحی انسان، تفکر و خردورزی، پذیرش مسئولیت‌های فردی و عدم فرافکنی، رشد و شکوفایی فردی، انتقادپذیری، عدم عیب‌جویی، تنظیم هیجانی، ابراز مناسب هیجانات، بهزیستی، دل‌بستگی، رویکردها و نگرش‌ها و مدیریت چالش‌ها بود. نتیجه‌گیری: یافته‌های این پژوهش نشان دادند که الگوی مطلوب شخصیت از نگاه مولانا شامل ابعاد مختلفی مانند آگاهی از خود، تنظیم هیجانی، تعاملات اجتماعی، و رشد فردی است که با مولفه‌های رویکردهای شناختی و انسان‌گرایانه هم‌پوشانی دارد. این نتایج می‌توانند در حوزه‌های آموزش، روان‌شناسی شخصیت، و توسعه فردی مورد استفاده قرار گیرند.

validation of the ideal personality model from rumi's perspective and its comparative analysis with cognitive and humanistic approaches

objective: the present study aimed to validate the ideal personality model from rumi’s perspective and compare it with cognitive and humanistic approaches.methodology: this study is applied in terms of its objective and employs a mixed-methods (qualitative-quantitative) exploratory design, utilizing meta-synthesis in the qualitative phase and a descriptive-survey approach in the quantitative phase. the study population in the qualitative phase included theoretical foundations and related literature from domestic databases (2001-2023) and international sources (2000-2023). in the quantitative phase, the population comprised faculty members in the field of educational sciences from islamic azad universities. the sample size in the qualitative phase was determined through systematic elimination based on the prisma model flowchart, while in the quantitative phase, 20 individuals were selected using purposive sampling and the principle of data saturation. the data collection instruments included library documents in the qualitative phase and a model validation questionnaire in the quantitative phase. to assess validity in the qualitative phase, a 27-item checklist based on the prisma model was used, while cohen’s kappa coefficient was applied to calculate reliability. in the quantitative phase, content and construct validity were evaluated, and cronbach’s alpha coefficients along with composite reliability were used to assess reliability, with the results indicating that the instruments were valid and reliable. the data analysis method employed thematic analysis (basic, organizing, and overarching themes).findings: the findings of this study revealed that the ideal personality model from rumi’s perspective consists of the following dimensions: social aspects of human personality, self-awareness and self-knowledge, emotional regulation and inner balance, and life experience and learning. these dimensions include components such as empathy and interpersonal connections, social commitment and sense of belonging, constructive interaction and cooperation, ethical and spiritual values, purification and spiritual transcendence, contemplation and wisdom, acceptance of personal responsibilities and avoidance of projection, personal growth and self-actualization, openness to criticism, refraining from fault-finding, emotional regulation, appropriate emotional expression, well-being, attachment, perspectives and attitudes, and challenge management.conclusion: the findings of this study indicated that the ideal personality model from rumi’s perspective encompasses various dimensions such as self-awareness, emotional regulation, social interactions, and personal growth, which overlap with components of cognitive and humanistic approaches. these results can be applied in the fields of education, personality psychology, and personal development.
