نقد و بررسی کارکردی جوایز ادبی در ایران با رویکرد مدل زمینه‌ای (مطالعۀ موردی: جوایز ادبی شعر و داستان از 1375 تاکنون)

نهادینه‌ شدن فرهنگ مطالعه، ارتقای خلاقیت ادبی و ایجاد انگیزش مثبت در قالب جوایز، علاوه بر محقق‌ شدن زمینه‌های جامعه ‌پذیری، معرفت‌افزایی، تشکیل شخصیت فردی و اجتماعی؛ نقش مهمی در توسعۀ دستاوردهای مادی و معنوی تمدن‌ها دارد. در پژوهش حاضر با روش کیفی و بهره گیری از رویکرد پژوهشی داده‌بنیاد (گرندد تئوری) به این سوالات اصلی پاسخ داده شد که مهم‌ترین کارکردهای جوایز ادبی در سطح جامعه کدام‌اند؟ آسیب‌های برگزاری جوایز و راهکارهای تحقق مطلوب آن چیست؟ برای پاسخ به سوالات مذکور، علاوه‌بر استفاده از منابع اسنادی، با بیش از 30 نفر از صاحب‌نظران درون و برون‌دانشگاهی، افرادی که در حوزۀ اجرایی جوایز ادبی نقش داشتند یا منتخبان جوایز ادبی در دوره‌های قبلی بودند، مصاحبۀ عمیق صورت گرفت. پس از گردآوری داده‌ها، تجزیه‌وتحلیل در قالب کدگذاری باز و محوری انجام و در نفر دهم، اشباع نظری حاصل شد. نتایج مشخص‌کرد که کم‌‌وکیف سیاست‌گذاری، برنامه‌ریزی، مستقل بودن، استمرار در برگزاری جوایز و جشنواره‌های ادبی، نقش مهمی در نهادینه‌سازی و کارآمدی این جوایز دارد. ارتقای سطوح کمی و کیفی آثار خلاق، معرفت‌افزایی، تقویت ارتباطات اجتماعی و توسعۀ فضای گفتمانی و نقادی، ترویج مطالبه‌گری و پاسخ‌گویی، آگاهی‌بخشی و جامعه‌پذیر‌کردن فرهنگ مطالعه و کتاب‌خوانی ازجمله مهم‌ترین کارکردهای این جوایز است. اعتماد به جشنواره‌ها و جوایز مهم‌ترین اتفاقی است که می‌تواند در رشد و بالندگی و تاثیرگذاری آن‌ها موثر باشد و ضمن اقبال مردم و متولیان امر به جوایز، در ارتقای صنعت نشر تاثیرگذار باشد.

functional review of iranian poetry and fiction literary awards since 1996; a grounded theory study

institutionalizing the culture of study and fostering literary creativity, as well as providing positive motivation through awards, not only contribute to socialization, knowledge enrichment, and the development of individual and social personality, but also play a crucial role in advancing the material and spiritual accomplishments of civilizations. the current research addressed key inquiries through a qualitative approach and the utilization of data-driven research methods (grounded theory) to explore the significant functions of literary awards within iranian society. what are the primary benefits and drawbacks of hosting such awards? what strategies and remedies can be implemented to attain these accolades? to address these queries, an in-depth interview was conducted with over 30 individuals involved in the administration of literary awards or who have been recipients of such awards in previous cycles, as well as scholars specializing in critical and analytical literary works. in addition to documentary sources, the data collected was analyzed through open and axial coding, leading to theoretical saturation by the 10th interviewee. the findings revealed that deficiencies in policy formulation, planning, reliance or autonomy, and the consistency of award ceremonies and literary festivals significantly impact the institutionalization and effectiveness of these accolades. the primary functions of literary awards include enhancing the quantity and quality of creative outputs, expanding knowledge, fostering social interactions, creating platforms for discourse and critique, stimulating demand and accountability, raising awareness, and promoting a culture of reading. trust in festivals and awards is a pivotal factor that can bolster their growth and influence,
