نقش سیاست گذاری های اجتماعی بر اشاعه ی اخلاق در جامعه با الهام از آیات و روایات

گسترش و ترویج اخلاق متعالی در جامعه از جمله تعهدات اصلی نظام های اسلامی خصوصاً در تمدن اسلامی است. این امر همچنین از مهمترین چالش های پیش روی حکومت های اسلامی است. سیاستگذاریهای اجتماعی با ایجاد فرصت ها و سازوکارهای رفاه اقتصادی،اجتماعی و فرهنگی در اخلاقمدار کردن افراد جامعه تاثیر مستقیم دارد. مفاد شماری از آیات و روایات بر اشاعه اخلاق توسط سیاستگذاری های اجتماعی تاکید دارد. هر چند دربارهی توامان بودن سیاست با اخلاق و دین سخن های بسیاری گفته شده است اما بیان چگونگی نقش آفرینی سیاست گذاری های اجتماعی در این زمینه کمتر مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. این پژوهش با روش توصیفی- تحلیلی می کوشد تا مهمترین این سیاست ها را به بحث نشیند. نتیجه پژوهش نشان می دهد که سیاست گذاری های کارآمد در زمینه فقر زدایی،گسترش دانش و سواد آموزی، معماری اسلامی و اشتغال زایی از جمله ی مهم ترین موارد موثر بر اشاعه ی اخلاق است.

the role of social policies on the spread of ethics in society with the inspiration of verses and traditions

spreading and promoting noble ethics in society is one of the main obligations of islamic systems, especially in islamic civilization. this is also one of the most important challenges facing islamic governments. social policies by creating opportunities and mechanisms for economic, social and cultural welfare have a direct effect on moralizing people in the society. the contents of a number of verses and traditions emphasize the spread of ethics through social policies. although many words have been said about the twinning of politics with ethics and religion, but the expression of how social policies play a role in this field has received less attention. this research tries to discuss the most important of these policies with a descriptive-analytical method. the result of the research shows that efficient policies in the field of poverty alleviation, expansion of knowledge and literacy, islamic architecture and job creation are among the most important things that affect the spread of ethics.
