اخلاق و اصول اخلاقی از جمله موضوعاتی است که اسلام بر به کارگیری آن در جامعه تاکید دارد. اهمیت اخلاق در زمینه زندگی اجتماعی بیشتر از حیطه زندگی فردی است و بر این اساس در میان کارگزاران حکومت نسبت به مردم اهمیت بیشتری دارد. این پژوهش به نقش اخلاق کارگزاران عصر ظهور در تمدن نوین اسلامی پرداخته است. یافته های به دست آمده از بررسی نشان از ضرورت توجه به آثار مثبت و جایگاه ویژه اخلاق کارگزاران زمینه ساز عصر ظهور در تحقق تمدن نوین اسلامی دارد. در پایان توصیه های کاربردی ارایه گردیده است.
