نقش و جایگاه عدالت در تمدن نوین اسلامی

تمدن ها بر اساس نوع تکامل شکل های مختلفی دارند و هر یک دارای ویژگی هایی هستند که می توان به وسیله آنها، تمدن ها را از یکدیگر شناخت و تقسیم بندی نمود. تمدن نوین اسلامی تمدنی است که مبتنی بر حیات دینی و ایدئولوژی درونی خود می باشد کهاندیشمندان مسلمان از درون مبانی معرفتی دینی ایده آن را ارائه می دهند و تمدن نوین اسلامی به عنوان نمونه کاملی از تمدن دینی شاخص هایی دارد که آن را از دیگر تمدن ها متمایز می نماید، این شاخصه ها منبعث از قرآن و سنت بوده و یکی از عمده ترین شاخصه های تمدن نوین اسلامی بحث عدالت می باشد. اجرای عدالت در سطوح مختلف با ایجاد یک نهادی با کار ویژه نظارت بر تحقق عدالت و هدایت ساختارها به سمت آن، موجب حرکت سریع و رو به رشد جامعه در رسیدن به تمدن سازی میباشد. تحقیق حاضر به صورت کتابخانه ای انجام شده است و در این تحقیق به این موضوع پرداخته میشود که اولاً مهمترین عنصر تمدن نوین اسلامی چیست؟ ثانیاً جایگاه آن در فرآیند تمدن سازی چه خواهد بود؟

the role and position of justice in modern islamic civilization

civilizations have different forms based on the type of evolution, and each one has characteristics that can be used to distinguish and divide civilizations from each other. the modern islamic civilization is a civilization that is based on its religious life and internal ideology, which muslim thinkers present its idea from within religious epistemic foundations, and the modern islamic civilization as a perfect example of a religious civilization has indicators that distinguish it from other civilizations. differentiates, these indicators are derived from quran and sunnah and one of the major indicators of modern islamic civilization is the discussion of justice. the implementation of justice at different levels by creating an institution with the special task of monitoring the realization of justice and directing the structures towards it, causes the rapid and growing movement of the society to achieve civilization. the current research has been done in a library format and in this research it is discussed that what is the most important element of modern islamic civilization? secondly, what will be its place in the process of civilization?
