حقوق بشر در گفتمان مهدویت (بررسی تطبیقی دوگفتمان :ازواقعیت تاحقیقت)

این مقاله در پی بررسی تطبیقی حقوق بشر وگفتمان مهدویت بعنوان دونمونه بارز از دو پاردایم لیبرال دموکراسی غرب وپاردایم فقهی کلامی شریعت اسلا م در عصر حاضر میباشد.از روش کتابخانه ای (اسنادی) برای واکاوی موضوع استفاده نموده است.درپاسخ به چالش میان دو پاردایم لیبرال دموکراسی غرب وپارادیم شریعت اسلامی ,آیا آموزه های اعلامیه حقوق بشر و دکترین (گفتمان)مهدویت اساسا قابل جمع (ترکیب)هستند ؟ نظرگا ه های دو گفتمان در مورد حقوق انسانی چیست ؟اساسا امکان آشتی پذیری میان دوگفتمان وجود دارد؟ علت تناقضات چیست؟.وجایگاه حقوق بشر در گفتمان مهدویت چیست.؟می توان بیان کرد که تباین کلی وذاتی میان دو گفتمان حقوق بشر و گفتمان مهدویت وجود دارد بعبارت دیگرتفاوت ها هم درصورت هم محتوا می باشد؛اما می توان میان ایندو آشتی برقرار کرد.گفتمان مهدویت ریشه در دستگاه عقیدتی و فکری اسلام دارد وبر کرامت ارزشی انسانی بشر بیشتر تاکید دارد,حال آنکه اعلامیه حقوق بشر بعنوان میوه ی شیرین تفکرلیبرال دموکراسی و سکولار از پذیرش ذاتی بودن کرامت انسانی پرهیز می کند.در نهایت اینکه حقوق بشر بر تصور غربیان از فردگرایی لیبرال مبتنی است که هیچ ریشه ای درفرهنگ غیر غربی نداردواین اعلامیه در جهت آرمان مشترک جهانیان و توسعه آزادی های بشر اعلام شد.

human rights in the discourse of mahdism (comparative study of two discourses: from reality to reality

this article is following a comparative study of human rights and the discourse of mahdism as a clear example of the two paradigms of western liberal democracy and the theological jurisprudential paradigm of islamic sharia in the present era. it has used the library method (documents) to analyze the issue. western liberal democracy and islamic sharia paradigm, are the doctrines of the declaration of human rights and the mahdism doctrine (discourse) basically compatible? what are the views of the two discourses on human rights? basically, is there a possibility of reconciliation between the two discourses? what is the reason for the contradictions? what is the place of human rights in the discourse of mahdism? it can be said that there is a general and inherent difference between the two discourses of human rights and the discourse of mahdism, in other words, the differences are both in the same content, but it is possible to reconcile them. the discourse of mahdism is rooted in the ideological and intellectual system of islam and emphasizes the human dignity of human beings, while the declaration of human rights is a sweet fruit of thought.liberal and secular democracy avoids accepting the innateness of human dignity. finally, human rights are based on the western concept of liberal individualism, which has no roots in non-western culture.
