تبیین راهکارهای قاطعیت در اندیشه، گفتمان و عملکرد حاکمیت اسلامی

قاطعیت و اتقان حاکمیت در سه حوزه اندیشه، گفتمان و عملکرد برای رسیدن جامعه به کمال اجتماعی از اهمیت ویژهای برخوردار است. راهکارهای فردی و اجتماعی قاطعیت حاکمیت اسلامی در این سه حوزه بر اساس آموزههای دین اسلام، دامنه وسیعی از تحقیقات و مطالعات را در برمیگیرد. ولی پژوهش پیش روی، مقولاتی را که رابطه اهم و تقریبا مستقیمی با قاطعیت و جدیت داشته، مورد تبیین قرار داده است. جهانبینی، علم و مشورت حاکم جامعه اسلامی و خیرخواهی در دعوت به دین، در اتقان اندیشه حاکمیتی او موثر هستند و قاطعیت در گفتمان حاکم با امور عبادی همچون ترویج گفتمان عبادتمحور و قاطعیت در دعا قابل تقویت است. تقویت حاکمیت گفتمان امر به معروف و نهی از منکر توسط حاکم اسلامی و نیز افراد شایسته منتخب ایشان، از مهمترین مسائل جامعه اسلامی است و چنانچه با جدیت به کار گرفته شود، قاطعیت در گفتمان را تعالی میبخشد. همچنین، حاکم جامعه اسلامی جهت تحقق قاطعیت در عرصه عمل میبایست به خضوع و خشوع الهی، توکل، عمل به وعده و مسئولیتپذیری، استقامت در تبلیغ دین، ترک گناه و ممانعت از انتصاب افراد ناشایست که برخی جنبه فردی و برخی هم جنبه اجتماعی دارند، روی آورد. قاطعیت در بستر حاکمیت، اهمیت قابل توجهی دارد و حاکم اسلامی میبایست بر راهکارهای فردی و اجتماعی آن واقف و مسلط باشد تا اهداف موردنظر یک جامعه اسلامی تامین گردد. در این پژوهش، گردآوری اطلاعات به شیوه کتابخانهای میباشد و با رویکرد توصیفی_تحلیلی به تبیین دادهها پرداخته شده است.

elaboration on the schemes for decisiveness in thought, discourse and action of islamic government

decisiveness and stabilization of the government in three fields of thought, discourse and action is of special importance for the society in order to reach its social perfection. social and individual schemes of decisiveness of islamic government in these three fields, based on islamic teachings, include a vast range of research and studies. but this research only elaborates on subjects which are the most important ones to and almost directly related to decisiveness and seriousness. the islamic ruler's worldview, knowledge, consultation and his well-wishing in proselytizing for the religion are effective in the stabilization of his governmental thought. also, the ruler's decisiveness in his discourse can be strengthened by devotional affairs such as propagating worship-oriented discourse and decisiveness in prayer. it is of the most important matters of islamic society to have its ruler and also his capable chosen individuals strengthening the discourse of enjoining the right and forbidding the wrong, and if the matter is applied seriously, it would elevate divisiveness in the discourse. also, the ruler of islamic society must be humble to god, trust in god, be true to his promise, be responsible, be resolute in proselytizing for the religion, leave committing sins and do not appoint unworthy individuals to positions for private or social considerations. decisiveness in government has significant importance and islamic ruler must be proficient in individual and social schemes of it to provide ideal goals of an islamic society. in this research, the information is gathered in library style and the data is elaborated in a descriptive-analytical approach.
