شاخصه های تمدن ساز بسیج در کلام امام خمینی (ره) و مقام معظم رهبری (مدظه العالی)

هدف از تحقیق حاضر تشریح نقش آفرینی بسیج در حکمرانی متعالی جهانی، از محله اسلامی تا تمدن اسلامی با خط سیر انقلاب اسلامی می باشد. دغدغه اصلی این مطالعه صورتبندی شاخص های تمدن ساز بسیج و حکمرانی متعالی در کلام بنیانگذار کبیر انقلاب اسلامی امام خمینی (ره) و مقام معظم رهبری می باشد. روش تحقیق در این مقاله توصیفی تحلیلی و متمرکز بر بیانات امام خمینی (ره) و مقام معظم رهبری و از نوع اسنادی است. بررسی های توصیفی تحلیلی در این مطالعه نشان می دهد نقش محوری بسیج مساجد و محلات به عنوان کانون و مراکز ثقل و محوری در جهت حل مسائل و چالس های اساسی به عنوان حلقه های راهبردی نظام انقلاب اسلامی که مورد تاکید و تایید مقام معظم رهبری در گام دوم انقلاب است، باید بیش از پیش مورد توجه قرار گیرد. بر همین اساس با رویکرد سیرتحولی و ظرفیت های عظیم در پایگاه های مقاومت بسیج مساجد و محلات در سرتاسر کشور با بکارگیری تمامی امکانات و ظرفیت های بالقوه و بالفعل دستگاه های اجرایی، حوزه های مقاومت بسیج مساجد و محلات می بایست تلاش شود تا با تربیت میلیون ها بسیجی برای اساس شاخص های تمدن ساز در کلام امام خمینی (ره) و مقام معظم رهبری زمینه را برای تجلی حکمرانی متعالی جهانی، از محله اسلامی تا تمدن اسلامی با رویکرد خط سیر انقلاب اسلامی فراهم کرد.

the purpose of the current research is to describe the role of basij in global supreme governance, from the islamic neighborhood to the islamic civilization along the path of the islamic revolution. the main concern of this study is the formulation of basij's civilizational indicators and supreme governance in the words of the great founder of the islamic revolution, imam khomeini (ra) and the supreme leader. the research method in this article is descriptive-analytical and focused on the statements of imam khomeini (ra) and the position of the supreme leader and is of documentary type. descriptive-analytical investigations in this study show the pivotal role of mobilizing mosques and neighborhoods as focal points and centers of gravity in solving fundamental problems and challenges as strategic links of the islamic revolution system, which was emphasized and approved by the supreme leader in the second step is the revolution, it should be given more attention. accordingly, with the approach of transformation and huge capacities in the basij resistance bases of mosques and neighborhoods across the country, by using all the potential and actual facilities and capacities of the executive bodies, the areas of resistance of the mobilization of mosques and neighborhoods should be tried to train millions basij for the basis of the indicators of civilization in the words of imam khomeini (ra) and the supreme leader provided the ground for the manifestation of the supreme global governance, from the islamic neighborhood to the islamic civilization with the approach of the islamic revolution.
