نقش سازمان تامین اجتماعی در برقراری عدالت در حکومت مهدوی (عج)

سازمان تامین اجتماعی ایران سازمان بیمه‌گر اجتماعی عمومی غیردولتی است. این سازمان، وظیفه ی پوشش اجباری بیمه کارگران، حقوق‌بگیران و پوشش اختیاری صاحبان حِرَف و مشاغل دولتی و آزاد و مسئولیت تامین رفاه اجتماعی افراد جامعه را برعهده دارد. تعهدات این سازمان برابر استانداردهای تعیین شده به وسیله سازمان بین‌المللی کار و سازمان بین‌المللی تامین اجتماعی تنظیم شده‌و شامل مستمری بازنشستگی، مستمری از کار افتادگی، مستمری بازماندگان، مقرری بیمه بیکاری، غرامت دستمزد ایام بیماری، غرامت دستمزد ایام بارداری، پرداخت هزینه وسایل کمک پزشکی، کمک هزینه ازدواج، کمک هزینه کفن و دفن بر عهده دارد.در حکومت مهدوی، این نهاد از دو منظر رفاهی و سیاسی نقش مهمی ایفا خواهد کرد. از منظر رفاهی، سازمان تامین اجتماعی وظیفه تامین نیازهای اساسی افراد جامعه، مانند تامین سلامت، کمک هزینه مسکن، بازنشستگی، حمایت از افراد آسیب‌پذیر جامعه، مانند بازنشستگان، زنان سرپرست خانوار و کودکان بی‌سرپرست، خانواده های قشر کارگر و حمایت از کارفرمایان را بر عهده خواهد داشت.از منظر سیاسی، سازمان تامین اجتماعی ابزاری برای تحقق عدالت اجتماعی خواهد بود. این نهاد با تامین نیازهای اجتماعی افراد جامعه، از بروز نارضایتی و ناامنی اجتماعی جلوگیری خواهد کرد. همچنین، با حمایت از افراد آسیب‌پذیر جامعه، به تقویت پیوندهای اجتماعی و ایجاد انسجام اجتماعی کمک شایانی خواهد نمود.صراحت برقراری عدالت اجتماعی، عدالت اقتصادی و حمایت های مردمی در حکومت حضرت مهدی عج در قرآن، متون و ثرایای ائمه هدی ع و بزرگان اهل سنت نیز ذکرشده است که تاکیدی بر نقش موثر سازمان تامین اجتماعی در حاکمیت مهدوی دارد که در این تحقیق به اهم این موارد اشاره‌شده است.
