شناسایی شاخصه های اصلی حکمرانی متعالی عصر قبل از ظهور در مسیر تمدن نوین اسلامی با رویکرد تحلیل مضمون

هدف پژوهش حاضر شناسایی شاخصه های اصلی حکمرانی متعالی عصر قبل از ظهور در مسیر تمدن نوین اسلامی با رویکرد تحلیل مضمون می باشد. پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصیفی-تحلیلی بر اساس بررسی کتابخانه ای و منابع موجود در زمینه موضوع پژوهش بر اساس رویکرد تحلیل مضمون می باشد که ابتدا شاخص های به صورت کدهای اولیه مورد شناسایی قرار گرفته، سپس دسته بندی شده و موارد تکراری حذف می گردند و مفاهیم شناسایی شده و با قرارگیری مفهوم اصلی در مرکز مفاهیم، مقولات یا شاخصه های اصلی حکمرانی متعالی عصر قبل از ظهور در مسیر تمدن نوین اسلامی شناسایی شدند. نتایج نشان داد که این شاخص ها مشتمل بر (تقوا محوری، عدالت محوری، مردم محوری، مشارکت مداری، وحدت گرایی، علم محوری، توسعه امنیت، زوال فقر، رهبری مصلح، اصلاح گری، شفافیت زایی، فسادستیزی، پاسخگویی، ثبات سیاسی، نظارت و کنترل، قانونگرایی، کیفیت قوانین، ظلم ستیزی، رفاه و سلامت اقتصادی، استقامت و پایداری، مسئولیت پذیری، قتدار، آزادی، نظام قضایی کارامد، اخلاق محوری، خدمتگزاری، امر به معروف و نهی از منکر، خردگرایی، شایسته سالاری، هدف گزاری، مقبولیت، کارایی و اثربخشی) می باشند.

identifying the main characteristics of transcendental governance in the era before the emergence of modern islamic civilization with thematic analysis approach

the purpose of the current research is to identify the main characteristics of the supreme governance of the era before the emergence of the modern islamic civilization with thematic analysis approach. the present research is of a descriptive-analytical type based on the library review and available resources in the field of the research topic based on thematic analysis approach, in which the indicators are first identified in the form of primary codes, then they are categorized and duplicate items are removed. the concepts were identified and by placing the main concept in the center of the concepts, the main categories or indicators of the supreme governance of the era before the emergence of the new islamic civilization were identified. the results showed that these indicators include (piousness-oriented, justice-oriented, people-oriented, participation-oriented, unificationism, science-oriented, security development, poverty reduction, reformed leadership, reformism, transparency, anti-corruption, accountability, political stability, supervision and control, legalism, quality of laws, anti-tyranny, prosperity and economic health, endurance and sustainability, responsibility, power, freedom, efficient judicial system, ethics, service, enjoining good and forbidding evil, rationalism, meritocracy, targeting, acceptability, efficiency and effectiveness).
