چکیده    Ferrocene has been extensively used as starting material in the synthesis of new derivatives, and with sandwich complex structure has attracted the interest of many scientists and developed into a fascinating area of organometallic compounds [1]. in this paper, we have reported synthesis and spectra characterization some of siloxy phenyl and siloxy ethoxy phenyl ferrocene derivatives. the electrochemical behaviors of ferrocene, silyl ferrocene derivatives, were investigated by cyclic voltammetry (cv), which is sensitive electrochemical method and permit the collection of excellent data at low concentration of electroactive substance.cyclic voltammetry (cv) is a powerful electrochemical technique used to investigate the redox properties of compounds. in the case of newly synthesized ferrocene-based organosilane compounds, cv can provide valuable information about their electrochemical behavior, including oxidation and reduction potentials, reversibility of redox processes, and insight into their stability and electronic structure.this paper reports the use of a carbon ceramic electrode as a highly-porous substrate for the electrochemical formation of ferrocene composites. the rate constant (ks) and charge transfer coefficient (α) were calculated for the electron exchange reaction of the modified film. the kinetic parameters and the mechanism of ferrocene electrooxidation at the electrode surface were studied by cyclic voltammetry.
