چکیده
|
Early and sensitive detection of abnormal glucose levels in the blood is very important to inform and diagnose diabetes and reduce many health problems. glucose detection is important not only for monitoring blood sugar, but also in the food industry, the development of sustainable and renewable fuel cells, etc. among various metal oxides, nickel oxides are worth for electronic applications due to their good redox activity, structural properties, and natural abundance. however, there are still several obstacles for them, such as low electrical conductivity and poor reversibility. in this study, we synthesized cuni2o4 nanoparticles (nps) using the sol-gel method and used them as an electrode material for glucose detection. we investigated the electrochemical behavior of this material through cyclic voltammetry in a phosphate buffer solution, ranging from -2 v to 1.5 v, in the presence and absence of glucose, at different time intervals to assess stability. results revealed that cuni2o4/gce electrode can potentially be used as a glucose detection sensor platform.
