کلینیک‌های دیپلُماسی: فرصت‌ها و چالش‌های آن در افغانستان

کلینیک‌های دیپلُماسی با هدف ارتقای دانش و مهارت‌های عملی، بستری برای یادگیری، تبادل نظر و تجربه‌اندوزی در دیپلُماسی فراهم می‌کنند. این کلینیک‌ها با بهره‌گیری از اتصال بین علم و عمل، در راستای ماموریت پوهنتون‌های نسل سوم، محصلان را با چالش‌های دیپلُماسی آشنا کرده و برای ورود به بازارکار آماده می‌سازند. پرسش اصلیِ پژوهش این بوده است که: فرصت‌ها و چالش‌های فراروی کلینیک‌های دیپلُماسی در افغانستان شامل کدام موارد می‌‌باشند؟ این پژوهش تحلیلی از داده‌های کتاب‌خانه‌یی و ‌میدانی گردآوری شده است. جامعۀ آماری این تحقیق را نهادهای تحصیلات عالی، دیپلُماتیک و کنسولی در هرات تشکیل می‌دادند، که به تعداد 30 نهاد را شامل می‌شد و از آن‌جمله به تعداد 303 پرسش‌نامه توزیع و جمع‌آوری گردید؛ هم‌چنان با 10 تن از اهل خبره، مصاحبۀ نیمه‌ساختاریافته، صورت گرفت و به‌صورت کیفی تحلیل شدند. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهند که: کلینیک‌های دیپلُماسی با فرصت‌های آموزش عملی‌محور، ارائۀ مشوره‌دهی، انجام تحقیقات علمی و شبیه‌سازی در روابط بین‌الملل روبه‌رویند؛ در‌مقابل، چالش‌های‌ کم‌بود منابع مالی، اداری و انسانی و نبود حمایت پایدار، از موانع اصلی آن‌ها محسوب می‌شود.

diplomacy clinics, aiming to enhance knowledge and practicalskills, provide a platform for learning, dialogue, and experientialengagement in diplomacy. by bridging theory and practice, theseclinics align with the mission of third-generation universities,familiarizing students with real-world diplomatic challenges andpreparing them for the job market. the main research question ofthis study is: what are the key opportunities and challenges facingdiplomacy clinics in afghanistan? this study employed ananalytical approach using both library-based and field data. thestatistical population included higher education, diplomatic, andconsular institutions in herat—comprising 30 institutions. a totalof 303 questionnaires were distributed and collected, and semistructuredinterviews were conducted with 10 experts. thequalitative data were analyzed accordingly. the findings indicatethat diplomacy clinics offer opportunities, including practice-basedtraining, consultancy services, scientific research, and simulationexercises in the field of international relations. however, they alsoface major challenges, including limited financial, administrative,and human resources, as well as a lack of sustained institutionalsupport.
