شناسایی و تحلیل عوامل موثر بر توسعه گردشگری ورزشی شمال کشور با رویکرد آمایش سرزمین

هدف پژوهش حاضر طراحی مدل توسعه گردشگری ورزشی پهنه شمالی کشور، با رویکرد آمایش سرزمین بود. روش پژوهش از نوع توصیفی - همبستگی است. داده ها به شکل میدانی با استفاده از پرسشنامه گردآوری شدند. روایی صوری و محتوایی پرسشنامه توسط متخصصین مدیریت ورزشی، بازاریابی و گردشگری ورزشی (15 نفر) و روایی سازه نیز با تحلیل عاملی تاییدی، تایید شد. پایایی یافته ها با استفاده از آلفای کرونباخ و پایایی ترکیبی تایید شد. جامعه آماری شامل کارکنان سازمان‌های مرتبط با حوزه گردشگری و ورزش (پژوهشگران و اساتید حوزه گردشگری ورزشی، مدیران اجرایی سازمان‌های گردشگری و میراث فرهنگی و سازمان‌های ورزشی) بود. نمونه‌گیری به شکل هدفمند و غیرتصادفی به تعداد قابل کفایت در رویکرد معادلات ساختاری (320 نفر) انتخاب شد. درنهایت داده‌های 300 پرسشنامه کامل تجزیه‌وتحلیل شد. تحلیل توصیفی داده‌ها با نرم‌افزار spss و بخش استنباطی با استفاده از روش مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری (تحلیل عاملی) با نرم‌افزار pls انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد که مهم‌ترین عوامل موثر بر توسعه گردشگری ورزشی مناطق شمالی به ترتیب اهمیت و اولویت شامل جاذبه های طبیعی و رویدادها (0.89)، شرایط اقلیمی (0.84)، عوامل مدیریتی- اجرایی (0.70)، عوامل فرهنگی - اجتماعی (0.65)، قوانین و سیاست ها (0.64)، زیرساخت‌ها و اقامتگاه ها (0.51) و جریان حمل‌ونقل (0.46) هستند. توسعه گردشگری ورزشی مناطق شمالی کشور نیازمند توجه جدی به هفت گروه از عوامل موثر شناسایی ‌شده در این پهنه است. همچنین ضرورت دارد در برنامه‌ریزی این صنعت در منطقه مذکور، مدیران و مسئولان مربوطه اولویت و میزان اهمیت هر یک از عوامل شناسایی ‌شده را در نظر بگیرند.

identifying and analyzing the factors affecting the development of sports tourism in the northern region of iran using a land-use approach

the aim of the current research was to design a sports tourism development model in the northern region of the country with a land-use approach. the research method is descriptive-correlation. the data were collected in a field form using a questionnaire. the face and content validity of the questionnaire were confirmed by experts in sports management, marketing, and sports tourism (15 people), and the construct validity was also confirmed by confirmatory factor analysis. the reliability of the findings was confirmed using cronbach's alpha and composite reliability. the statistical population included employees of organizations related to the field of tourism and sports (researchers and professors in the field of sports tourism, executive directors of tourism and cultural heritage organizations, and sports organizations). a sufficient number of targeted and non-random sampling were selected in the structural equation approach (320 people). finally, the data from 300 complete questionnaires were analyzed. descriptive data analysis was done with spss software, and the inferential part was conducted using the structural equation modeling method (factor analysis) with pls software. the results showed that the most important factors affecting the development of sports tourism in the northern regions, in order of importance and priority, include natural attractions and events (0.89), climatic conditions (0.84), managerial-executive factors (0.70), cultural-social factors (0.65), laws and policies (0.64), infrastructure and accommodation (0.51), and transportation flow (0.46). the development of sports tourism in the northern regions of the country requires serious attention to seven groups of effective factors identified in this area. it is also necessary to consider the priority and importance of each of the identified factors in the planning of this industry in the mentioned region.
