بررسی راهبردها و پیامدها در بهبود همکاری فدراسیون فوتبال در روابط بین‌الملل

هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی راهبردها و پیامدها در بهبود همکاری فدراسیون فوتبال در روابط بین‌الملل بود. این پژوهش از نظر هدف جزو تحقیقات کاربردی بوده، از نظر ماهیت توصیفی، و از منظر متغیرها یک پژوهش آمیخته اکتشافی است. جامعه آماری در بخش کیفی شامل 12 نفر از صاحب‌نظران و کارشناسان در حوزه دیپلماسی ورزشی و روابط بین الملل، اعضای هیات علمی مدیریت ورزشی در کشور و مسئولان روابط بین‌الملل فدراسیون فوتبال بود که با روش نمونه‌گیری ملاکی انتخاب شدند؛ و در بخش کمّی، براساس جدول مورگان 129 نفر از روسا و هیات رئیسه فوتبال استان‌ها و کارشناسان مسئول فدراسیون فوتبال به عنوان نمونه آماری به روش در دسترس انتخاب گردیدند. تحلیل یافته‌های بخش کیفی براساس تحلیل تّم و با نرم‌افزار مکس کیودا 10 و تحلیل بخش کمّی براساس مدل معادلات ساختاری با استفاده از نرم‌افزار لیزرل انجام شد. یافته‌ها نشان داد عوامل راهبردها و پیامدها به عنوان مهم‌ترین عوامل موثر بر الگوی ارتباطات بین‌سازمانی اثربخش در ورزش، و در فدراسیون فوتبال ایران می‌باشد.

investigating the strategies and consequences of improving cooperation within the football federation in international re

the aim of the current research was to investigate strategies and consequences for improving cooperation within the football federation in international relations. this research is applied in terms of purpose, descriptive in nature, and employs an exploratory mixed research design in terms of variables. the statistical population in the qualitative section included 12 experts in sports diplomacy and international relations, members of the academic faculty of sports management in the country, and officials of the international relations of the football federation, who were selected using standard sampling methods. in the quantitative part, 129 individuals from the presidents and the football board of the provinces, as well as experts from the football federation, were selected as a statistical sample using the available method based on morgan's table. the analysis of the qualitative findings was conducted using thematic analysis with maxqda 10 software, while the quantitative findings were analyzed using the structural equation model with lisrel software. the findings indicated that strategies and consequences are the most significant factors influencing the model of effective inter-organizational communication in sports within the iranian football federation.
