تحلیل راهبردی میزبانی مسابقات ورزشی ارتش‌های جهان (سیزم) در جمهوری اسلامی ایران

هدف پژوهش حاضر تحلیل راهبردی مسابقات ورزشی ارتش‌های جهان (سیزم) در جمهوری اسلامی ایران بود. روش پژوهش، از نوع کیفی است. این پژوهش توصیفی بوده و در حوزه مطالعات راهبردی قرار دارد. جامعه آماری تحقیق شامل کلیه افراد فعال در حوزه تربیت بدنی ارتش جمهوری اسلامی ایران، و متخصصان فعال در تربیت بدنی آجا و همچنین ورزشکاران و مربیانی که سابقه حضور در مسابقات سیزم را داشتند، بود. نمونه آماری به صورت هدفمند انتخاب شد و تا حد اشباع نظری مصاحبه ادامه پیدا کرد. ابزار مورد استفاده در این پژوهش مصاحبه و تبادل نظر با نخبگان و مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای بود. برای دستیابی به اهداف تحقیق، با استفاده از روش دلفی، فهرستی از نقاط قوت، ضعف‌ها، فرصت‌ها و تهدیدهای اخذ میزبانی و برگزاری مسابقات ارتش‌های جهان در ایران تهیه و در سه مرحله با نظر متخصصان فهرست تهیه شده نهایی گردید. نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که موقعیت راهبردی کشور در زمینه میزبانی مسابقات سیزم در وضعیت so یا رقابتی قرار دارد. این مطلب بیانگر آن است که میزبانی سیزم در ایران از نظر عوامل داخلی دارای قوّت و از نظر عوامل خارجی هم دارای فرصت می‌باشد که باید در تدوین راهبردها بدان توجه ویژه گردد. موقعیت راهبردی که امروز ورزش نیروهای مسلح به منظور میزبانی سیزم در آن قرار دارد، در ظاهر بدون هیچ نقطه ضعف و محدودیتی است، ولی در واقعیت دارای نقاط ضعفی نیز می‌باشد که در صورت وجود برنامه‌ریزی مناسب و جامع می‌توان آن نقاط ضعف را به قوت تبدیل کرد.

a strategic analysis of hosting the international military sports council (cism) in the islamic republic of iran

the purpose of the present study is the strategic analysis of hosting the international military sports council (cism) in the islamic republic of iran. the research method is qualitative and descriptive and it is considered as a strategic study. the statistical population consisted of all those who were active in the field of physical education in the islamic republic of iran’s military, active experts in the islamic republic of iran’s army (aja) as well as athletes and coaches who had attended in the cism games. the research sample was chosen purposefully and the interviews continued until theoretical saturation. the research instrument consisted of interviews, exchanging views with the elites, and library study. in order to achieve the research objectives, a list of strength and weakness points as well as chances and threats for hosting and holding the world’s military games in iran was made using delphi method and then it was finalized by the expert advice of the scholars. the research results showed that the strategic status of our country in terms of hosting the cism games is so or competitive. it indicates that hosting the cism in iran has some strength points in terms of internal factors and also some chances in terms of external factors which should be considered in setting the guidelines. the strategic status of the armed forces sports to host the cism is seemingly without any weakness or restriction; however, it actually has some drawbacks which can be turned into strength points in case of suitable and comprehensive planning.
