روش ‌های مدیریت رویدادهای بین‌المللی ورزشی (مطالعه موردی مسابقات المپیک)

هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی روش های مدیریت رویدادهای بین المللی ورزشی است. رویکرد روش شناختی پژوهش کیفی بوده و درصدد پاسخ به این سوال است که: کدام مدل تجاری مدیریت پروژه، مناسب رویداد بزرگ و عظیمی همچون بازی های المپیک است؟. با توجه به مطالعات انجام شده در المپیک، مدیران پروژه با چالش های مختلفی مواجه می شوند و مدل های اتخاذ شده می تواند یکپارچگی ابزارهای پراکنده و مختلف مدیریت پروژه را ایجاد کند. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد مدل های کامل مدیریت پروژه به رویکردهای مدیریت سود می رسانند و تعریف و استفاده از برنامه های استراتژیک را که فزاینده تکنیک های کنترل مدیریت پروژه است را تقویت می کند. همچنین نیاز است، مدل پایداری را تا اتمام موفقیت یک پروژه، با فضای بازی های المپیک هماهنگ کند.

management methods of international sports events (the case study of olympic games)

the purpose of the present study is to review management methods of international sports events. the methodological approach of the research is qualitative and it aims to answer the following research question: which of the trade models in project management is suitable for such a great and breathtaking event like the olympic games? with respect to the conducted studies in the olympics, project managers face different challenges so the adopted models can integrate different and scattered means of project management. the results showed that complete models of project management benefit management approaches and reinforce the definition and application of strategic programs enhancing techniques in project management control. it is also needed to coordinate a sustainable model in the context of olympic games until the successful end of a project.
