بررسی الگوی عوامل موثر بر استقرار مدیریت دانش در فدراسیون قایقرانی ایران

هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی الگوی عوامل موثر بر استقرار مدیریت دانش در فدراسیون قایقرانی ایران است. از این ‌رو با به ‌کارگیری یک رویکرد آمیخته و با بهره‌گیری از روش های فراترکیب و مدل‌سازی ساختاری تفسیری، به سنجش وضعیت بلوغ و طراحی الگوی بهینه استقرار مدیریت دانش در فدراسیون قایقرانی پرداخته شده است. در این پژوهش، از روش هفت مرحله‌ای سندلوسکی و باروسو (2007) استفاده گردید. شاخص های استقرار مدیریت دانش از متن مقالات منتخب استخراج گردید و به عنوان کد در نظر گرفته شد. به این ترتیب، کدها و مفاهیم شناسایی شدند. 53 کد در قالب 8 مفهوم کلی و 3 مفهوم زیربنایی شناسایی شدند که مبنای سایر بخش های تحقیق قرار گرفتند. نتایج فراترکیب منجر به شناسایی 98 زیرشاخص(کد)، 14 شاخص و 3 بعد اصلی در استقرار مدیریت دانش شد.

a study of effective factors on the establishment of knowledge management in iran's rowing federation

the purpose of the present study is to review effective factors on the establishment of knowledge management in iran's rowing federation. using a mixed approach as well as meta-synthesis methods and interpretive structural modeling, the present research deals with the assessment of the maturity condition and designing an optimal model for knowledge management establishment in the rowing federation of iran. in this research, sandelowski and barroso's 7-stage method (2007) was used. the criteria of knowledge management establishment were extracted from selected articles and considered as codes. accordingly, 53 codes in the framework of 8 general and 3 fundamental concepts were recognized which were regarded as the basis for other sections of the research. meta-synthesis results led to the recognition of 98 sub-criteria (codes), 14 criteria, and 3 main aspects in knowledge management establishment.
