بررسی فدراسیون‌های المپیکی کارآ و ناکارا با استفاده از مدل تحلیل پوششی داده ها

هدف تحقیق حاضر بررسی فدراسیون های المپیکی کارآ و ناکارا با مدل تحلیل پوششی داده ها بود. این تحقیق از نوع توصیفی و گذشته نگر است که اطلاعات به صورت میدانی جمع آوری شد. جامعه آماری شامل 25 فدراسیون المپیکی کشور بوده که به علت کم بودن تعداد جامعه از نمونه گیری کل‌شمار استفاده گردید. داده های مربوط به سال 1395 این فدراسیون ها جمع آوری شد. به منظور تعیین میزان کارایی فدراسیون ها از مدل تحلیل پوششی داده ها استفاده گردید. در روش تحلیل پوششی داده ها، اولین گام تعیین ورودی ها و خروجی های تحقیق می باشد. به همین منظور شاخص های (استراتژی های) فدراسیون ها که با مدل کارت امتیازی متوازن تعیین شده بود، در قالب پرسش‌نامه توزیع گردید. جهت تعیین ورودی یا خروجی بودن شاخص های ارزیابی، از آزمون خی دو و شناسایی عوامل خروجی نامطلوب فدراسیون های ناکارآمد، از دو روش ccr و bcc خروجی‌محور استفاده گردید. همچنین از نرم‌افزار spss و dea solver برای تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات استفاده شد. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد با 95 درصد اطمینان از 9 استراتژی (شاخص ارزیابی) فدراسیون های المپیکی، 4 استراتژی به عنوان ورودی و 5 استراتژی به عنوان خروجی هستند. همچنین در الگوی ccr، 7 فدراسیون و در الگوی bcc، 6 فدراسیون ناکارآمد بودند.

a study of efficient and inefficient olympic federationsusing data envelopment analysis

the purpose of the present research is to study efficient and inefficient olympic federations using data envelopment analysis. this study is descriptive and retrospective and its data have been collected using field research. the statistical population consisted of 25 olympic federations in the country and due to limited population, total sampling was used in the research. the data related to these federations in 1395 were collected. in order to determine the efficiency of the federations, data envelopment analysis was used. in data envelopment analysis, the first step is to determine the research input and output. to this aim, indices (strategies) of the federations determined by balanced scorecards were distributed throughout a questionnaire. in order to determine whether the evaluation indices are input or output, chi-squared test was used and for recognizing unfavorable output factors of inefficient federations, output-centered ccr and bcc methods were used. spss and dea solver software were used for data analysis. the research results showed that with 95% certainty, from among 9 strategies (evaluation indices) in olympic federations, 4 strategies are input and 5 strategies are output. moreover, 7 federations in the ccr model and 6 federations in the bcc model were assessed to be inefficient.
