تحلیل روابط قابلیت‌‌های پژوهش و توسعه حرفه‌‌ای معلمان: نقش میانجی‌ انگیزش و خودکارآمدی پژوهش

هدف: هدف پژوهش، بررسی الگوی روابط قابلیت‌‌های پژوهش و توسعه حرفه‌‌ای با نقش میانجی‌‌گری انگیزش و خودکارآمدی پژوهش در معلمان دوره ابتدایی است.روش‌شناسی‌: پژوهش حاضر توصیفی- تحلیلی از نوع همبستگی است. جامعه آماری 4269 معلم دوره ابتدایی شهر کرمانشاه در سال تحصیلی 1402-1401 است که 352 نفر از آن‌ها به روش در دسترس انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده ها شامل پرسش نامه‌های توسعه حرفه‌ای ایوبی (2014)، خودکارآمدی پژوهشی صالحی (2011)، قابلیت‌های پژوهشی آرامون، صادقی آرانی و سعید اردرانی (2009) و انگیزش پژوهشی صالحی (2011) است. پایایی آن‌ها با استفاده از آلفای کرونباخ اندازه‌گیری شد. داده‌های جمع‌آوری‌شده با استفاده از نرم‌افزارهای spss و pls تجزیه‌وتحلیل شدند.یافته‌ها: یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد قابلیت‌های پژوهش بر توسعه حرفه‌ای معلمان، قابلیت‌های پژوهش بر انگیزش به پژوهش معلمان، قابلیت‌های پژوهش بر خودکارآمدی معلمان، انگیزش به پژوهش بر توسعه حرفه‌ای و خودکارآمدی پژوهش بر توسعه حرفه‌ای اثر مستقیم، مثبت و معنا‌دار داشتند. همچنین قابلیت‌های پژوهش بر توسعه حرفه‌ای با نقش واسطه‌ای انگیزش به پژوهش و قابلیت‌های پژوهش بر توسعه حرفه‌ای با نقش واسطه‌ای خودکارآمدی پژوهش اثر غیرمستقیم، مثبت و معنا‌دار داشتند.نتایج: بنابراین، می‌توان گفت هرگونه ارتقاء در توانایی‌های پژوهشی، انگیزه برای پژوهش و خودکارآمدی در پژوهش، به توسعه حرفه‌ای معلمان کمک می‌کند. با توجه به نتایج به‌دست‌آمده در پژوهش حاضر می‌توان گفت که هرچه قابلیت، انگیزه و خودکارآمدی پژوهشی معلمان بیشتر باشد، به همان میزان، توسعه حرفه‌ای معلمان نیز ارتقاء می‌یابد.اصالت و ارزش: ارزش این پژوهش در شناسایی و تبیین نقش قابلیت های پژوهش و برخی متغیرهای اساسی دیگر در توسعه مستمر حرفه ای معلمان است.

the relationship between research abilities and professional development of teachers with the mediating role of motivation and research self-efficacy

purpose: this study investigates the relationship between teachers’ research abilities and their professional development, with particular emphasis on the mediating roles of research motivation and research self-efficacy among primary school teachers.methodology: a descriptive-analytical, correlational design was employed using variance-based structural equation modeling (pls-sem). the statistical population consisted of 4,269 primary school teachers in kermanshah during the 2023–2024 academic year, from which 352 participants were selected through convenience sampling. standardized questionnaires were used to measure the key variables, and reliability was confirmed through cronbach’s alpha: professional development (0.959), research self-efficacy (0.987), research abilities (0.986), and research motivation (0.922). data were analyzed using spss and smartpls software.findings: results indicated that research abilities exerted a significant direct effect on professional development, as well as indirect effects via research motivation and research self-efficacy. moreover, research abilities significantly influenced both motivation and self-efficacy, which in turn positively affected professional development.conclusion: strengthening teachers’ research skills, motivation, and self-efficacy substantially enhances their professional development. these findings underscore the importance of fostering a research-oriented mindset to support sustainable professional growth in educational contexts.value: the study provides empirical evidence on the pivotal role of research capabilities in shaping effective and sustained professional development among teachers.
