چالش‌ها و کاربردهای هوش مصنوعی در آموزش: یک مرور نظام‌مند

هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی چالش‌ها و کاربردهای هوش مصنوعی در آموزش انجام ‌یافته است.روش‌شناسی‌: از رویکرد کیفی به روش مرور نظام‌مند بر اساس پروتکل پریسما استفاده ‌شده است. میدان مطالعه شامل مقالات علمی منتشرشده به زبان فارسی (1399 تا 1403) و انگلیسی (2020 تا 2024) درزمینۀ هوش مصنوعی و آموزش است. از میان 480 مقاله، 34 مقاله با روش هدفمند و بر اساس معیارهای ورود انتخاب و با روش تحلیل مضمون موردبررسی قرارگرفته‌اند.یافته‌ها: کاربردهای هوش مصنوعی در آموزش شامل سامانه‌های آموزشی هوشمند، یادگیری انطباقی، طراحی محیط آموزشی، فناوری‌های کمکی، نظارت و ارزشیابی خودکار و تجزیه‌وتحلیل هوشمند است؛ بااین‌حال، این کاربردها با چالش‌هایی چون وابستگی بیش‌ازحد و انفعال، تعصب الگوریتمی، مسائل اخلاقی و امنیتی، تهدیدات سلامت روانی معلمان و مشکلات فنی و تخصصی مواجه هستند.نتایج: استفاده از هوش مصنوعی می‌تواند تحولی بزرگ در آموزش ایجاد کند. برنامه‌های هوش مصنوعی به معلمان این امکان را می‌دهند که تجربه یادگیری را شخصی‌سازی کرده، مشارکت دانش‌آموزان را افزایش و بازخورد فوری ارائه دهند. همچنین، هوش مصنوعی می‌تواند به موسسات آموزشی در عینی سازی یادگیری، ساده‌سازی تدریس، خودکارسازی نمره دهی و ارزیابی‌ها و بهینه‌سازی تخصیص منابع کمک کند. استفاده از این فناوری می‌تواند منجر به کیفیت‌بخشی آموزش شود.اصالت و ارزش: این پژوهش می‌تواند به کاهش شکاف مطالعاتی درزمینۀ کاربردهای هوش مصنوعی در آموزش و شناسایی چالش‌های آن برای برنامه‌ریزان نظام تعلیم و تربیت کمک کند.

challenges and applications of artificial intelligence in education: a systematic review

purpose: this study aims to explore the challenges and applications of artificial intelligence (ai) in education.methodology: this qualitative research follows a systematic review approach based on the prisma protocol. the study examines scientific articles published in persian (1399 to 1403) and english (2020 to 2024) within the domain of ai and education. out of 480 reviewed articles, 34 were selected through a targeted approach based on inclusion criteria and analyzed using thematic analysis.findings: the applications of ai in education encompass intelligent educational systems, adaptive learning, educational environment design, assistive technologies, automated evaluation and monitoring, and intelligent analysis. however, these applications face significant challenges, including over-reliance and passivity, algorithmic bias, ethical and security concerns, threats to teachers’ mental well-being, and technical and specialized constraints.conclusion: ai has the potential to revolutionize education by enabling personalized learning experiences, enhancing student engagement, and providing real-time feedback. additionally, it facilitates efficient teaching methodologies, automates grading and assessment, and optimizes resource allocation. the integration of ai can significantly improve the quality of education.value: this research contributes to bridging the knowledge gap regarding ai applications in education while identifying key challenges for educators and policymakers.
