واکاوی منابع کسب دانش در نظام آموزش‌وپرورش: دیدگاه معلمان نمونه و کارکنان حوزه دانش‌افزایی استان لرستان

هدف: کسب دانش یکی از راهبردهای نظام آموزشی جهت همگامی با تحولات محیطی، ارائه‌ آموزش‌های نوآورانه و دست‌یابی به مزیت رقابتی است. این مطالعه با هدف شناسایی منابع کسب دانش در نظام آموزش‌وپرورش از دیدگاه معلمان نمونه و کارکنان حوزه‌ دانش‌افزایی استان لرستان انجام شده است.روش‌شناسی‌: پژوهش حاضر کاربردی بوده و با رویکرد کیفی انجام شده است. داده‌های پژوهش با مصاحبه‌های نیمه ساختاریافته گردآوری و با روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی تجزیه‌وتحلیل شد. جامعه‌ پژوهش شامل معلمان نمونه‌، مدرسان کارگاه‌ها و دوره‌های آموزشی و کارشناسان برگزارکننده‌ دوره‌های آموزشی ضمن‌ خدمت آموزش‌وپرورش استان لرستان در سال تحصیلی 1402-1403 است. نمونه‌گیری به روش هدفمند انجام و مصاحبه‌ با 19 نفر از صاحب‌نظران درزمینۀ موضوع پژوهش انجام شد.یافته‌ها: تجزیه‌وتحلیل مصاحبه‌ها نشان داد که کسب دانش در نظام آموزش‌وپرورش از طریق چهار منبع رسانه و کانال‌های ارتباطی، دانش و تجربیات شخصی، فعالیت‌های آموزشی، پژوهشی و مطالعاتی و تعاملات بین فردی انجام می‌شود.نتایج: با شناسایی منابع کسب دانش در نظام آموزشی، غنی‌سازی این منابع و نیز ایجاد سازوکارهایی برای دسترسی آسان به آن‌ها می‌توان موجباتی را فراهم کرد که معلمان دانش و تجربیات جدید را کسب کنند و از آن برای ارتقای صلاحیت‌های حرفه‌ای خود استفاده نمایند. این امر موجب به‌روزرسانی شیوه‌های مختلف در آموزش شده و موجب بهبود فرایند یاددهی و یادگیری در کلاس درس و پیشرفت نظام آموزشی کشور می‌گردد.اصالت و ارزش: شناسایی منابع کسب دانش معلمان به ارتقای حرفه معلمی کمک خواهد کرد. معلمان از این طریق به مجموعه متمایز دانشی دست یافته که می‌توانند آن را به اشکال قابل‌فهم برای دانش آموزان تبدیل کنند.

sources of knowledge acquisition in the education system from the point of view of excellent teachers and employees in the field of knowledge enhancement in lorestan province

purpose: acquiring knowledge is essential for the educational system to adapt to environmental changes, promote innovative education, and gain a competitive advantage. this study aims to identify the sources of knowledge acquisition in the education system from the viewpoint of distinguished teachers and employees working in the field of knowledge enhancement in lorestan province.methodology: this applied research adopts a qualitative approach. data were collected through semi-structured interviews and analyzed using qualitative content analysis. the research participants included outstanding teachers, trainers of workshops and courses, and experts organizing training programs for the education sector in lorestan during the 1402-1403 academic year. a targeted sampling method was employed, and interviews were conducted with 19 experts in the field.findings: the interview analysis revealed that knowledge acquisition in the education system occurs through four primary sources: media and communication channels, personal knowledge and experiences, educational and research activities, and interpersonal interactions.conclusion: by identifying the sources of knowledge acquisition within the educational system and enriching these sources, mechanisms can be created to facilitate easier access to them. this will encourage teachers to acquire new knowledge and experiences, which in turn can improve their professional development. consequently, this process will contribute to the updating of educational methods, enhancing the teaching and learning experience in the classroom, and advancing the educational system at a national level.value: understanding the sources of knowledge acquisition for teachers is crucial for the advancement of the teaching profession. it enables teachers to acquire a distinct set of knowledge that can be effectively transferred to students in a comprehensible manner.
