عوامل اثرگذار در مدیریت دانش پروژه‌های کتابخانه‌های عمومی با استفاده از رویکرد پویایی سیستم

هدف: هدف این مطالعه، شناسایی عوامل اثرگذار بر مدیریت دانش پروژه های کتابخانه های عمومی کشور جمهوری اسلامی ایران است.روش‌شناسی‌: روش استفاده‌شده، روش پویایی سیستم است که ازنظر ماهیت، توصیفی و کاربردی می باشد. جامعه آماری برای مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته، متخصصان و خبرگان دانش پروژه که به تعداد 10 نفر با معیار متخصصان مدیریت دانش پروژه، به روش گلوله برفی انتخاب شده اند.یافته‌ها: بر اساس مرور ادبیات، برای حلقه های علی و معلولی، حالت های یادگیری پیش از پروژه، یادگیری حین پروژه، یادگیری پس از پروژه و یادگیری از منابع بیرونی درنظرگرفته شد و پارامترهای آن ها نیز مشخص گردید. برای طرح ریزی مدل و روابط علت و معلولی بین پارامترها از مصاحبه با متخصصان مدیریت دانش پروژه و با کمک افراد خبره استفاده شد. یافته ها نشان داد، پارامترها و مدل به‌دست‌آمده با استفاده از آزمون cvi از اعتبار مناسبی برخوردار و در شرایط حدی، وضعیت دانش پروژه در طی دوره پنج‌ساله با افزایش ده‌درصدی در یکپارچگی سیستم، باعث افزایش یادگیری به میزان 1.4 درصد شده است. بنابراین سناریوسازی انجام گردید.نتایج: بایستی قبل از انجام پروژه، طرح ریزی ساختار مناسب، حین پروژه، یکپارچگی سیستم، پس از انجام پروژه سنجش عملکرد سیستم و استخراج دانش جدید انجام گردد.اصالت و ارزش: هیچ پژوهشی دال بر شناسایی و بررسی  عوامل اثرگذار در مدیریت دانش پروژه با استفاده از رویکرد پویایی سیستم، انجام نشده است. این پژوهش با کشف عوامل اثرگذار بر مدیریت دانش پروژه و روابط علی و معلولی بین اجزاء سیستم مدیریت دانش پروژه، کمک بسزایی در بهبود عملکرد سازمان ها خواهد کرد.

influential factors in project knowledge management of public library projects using the system dynamics approach

purpose: this study aims to identify the factors influencing the knowledge management of public library projects in iran.methodology: the system dynamics method was employed, which is descriptive and practical in nature. the statistical population consisted of 10 project knowledge specialists and experts in iran, selected using the snowball method.findings: cause and effect loops were established, considering modes of learning before, during, and after the project, as well as learning from external sources. the parameters were determined through interviews with project knowledge management specialists. the findings indicated that a ten percent increase in system integrity over five years led to a 1.4 percent increase in project knowledge. scenario building was conducted based on these results.conclusion: to enhance the knowledge management system of public library projects, it is essential to plan for effective knowledge transfer before, during, and after the project, integrate systems, measure performance, extract new knowledge, and utilize external resources, as well as establish organizational networks.value: this research fills a gap in the literature by examining the factors influencing project knowledge management using the system dynamics approach. it has the potential to enhance organizational performance and serve as a basis for future research.
