تحلیل کتاب‌سنجی مطالعات حوزه سیاست‌گذاری مواجهه با بحران کووید-19 در ایران

هدف: بحران همه گیری ویروس کرونا با همه تلخی ها، اضطراب ها و آشفتگی هایی که در جامعه جهانی ایجاد کرد، فرصت های مطالعاتی بسیاری را نیز در اختیار پژوهشگران حوزه سیاست گذاری قرار داد. هدف این مقاله، تحلیل کتاب سنجی مقالات حوزه سیاست گذاری مواجهه با این بحران در ایران است.روش شناسی: پژوهش از نوع کاربردی بوده و با استفاده از روش های کتاب سنجی انجام گرفته است. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه مقالات منتشرشده در مجلاتی است که زمینه اصلی فعالیت آن‌ها انتشار مقالات حوزه سیاست گذاری در زمینه های علم و فناوری، اجتماعی و اقتصادی و عمومی و راهبردی از بهمن ماه 1398 تا فروردین‌ماه 1403 می باشد.یافته ها: یافته های پژوهش نشان می دهد که پژوهشگران ایرانی در 27 مجله علمی حوزه سیاست گذاری در ایران، موفق به انتشار 118 عنوان مقاله در حوزه سیاست گذاری مواجهه با بحران همه گیری کووید-19 شده اند که از این تعداد، 59 عنوان درزمینۀ علم و فناوری، 32 عنوان درزمینۀ اجتماعی و اقتصادی و 27 عنوان نیز درزمینۀ عمومی و راهبردی بوده است.نتایج: نتایج پژوهش نشان می دهد که جامعه تحقیقاتی این حوزه در ایران با انتشار مقالات مختلف و متنوع واکنش سریع و مناسبی به این بحران داشته است. این مطالعات می توانند فرصتی را فراهم نمایند تا سیاست گذاران بتوانند تصمیمات سریع‌تر و آگاهانه‌تری را در پاسخ به بحران های مشابه اتخاذ کنند.اصالت و ارزش: این مقاله اولین پژوهش دانشگاهی متمرکز بر تجزیه و تحلیل مطالعات حوزه سیاست گذاری مواجهه با بحران همه گیری ویروس کرونا می باشد که باهدف ارزیابی، برجسته سازی و ارائه گزارش مبسوط از مقالات این حوزه در ایران انجام گرفته است.

bibliometric analysis of studies in the policy-making field of facing the covid-19 crisis in iran

purpose: the crisis of the covid-19 pandemic has provided a plethora of study opportunities for researchers in the policy-making field. this article aims to conduct a bibliometric analysis of articles addressing policy-making strategies to combat the covid-19 crisis in iran.methodology: this research adopts an applied approach and utilizes bibliometric methods. the statistical population comprises articles published in journals specializing in policy-making within the realms of science and technology, social and economics, and general and strategic fields from february 2020 to the commencement of 2024.findings: the analysis reveals that iranian researchers have published a total of 118 articles across 27 scientific journals focusing on policy-making responses to the covid-19 pandemic. these articles are distributed as follows: 59 in the science and technology domain, 32 in social and economic sectors, and 27 articles addressing general and strategic aspects.conclusion: evaluation of the articles within the policy-making domain concerning the covid-19 crisis demonstrates a prompt and effective response from the iranian research community. these studies can assist policy-makers in making timely and well-informed decisions amidst similar crises.value: this article represents the first academic endeavor dedicated to analyzing studies within the policy-making field in response to the covid-19 crisis in iran. it aims to assess, emphasize, and present a comprehensive report on the research articles in this area.
