تحلیل مفاهیم و سنجش همپوشانی: نظری بر متون

هدف: در این پژوهش قصد آن است تا مفهوم همپوشانی و روش‌های سنجش و کاربرد آن‌ها مشخص و تفاوت بین پژوهش‌های داخل و خارج از کشور بررسی شود. روش: در این پژوهش از روش اسنادی استفاده‌شده است تا با مرور متون مرتبط به موضوع همپوشانی، مفاهیم مطرح در پژوهش‌ها و تفاوت پژوهش‌های داخل و خارج از کشور تحلیل شود.یافته‌ها: امروزه در متون همپوشانی مباحث جدیدی نظیر همپوشانی عنوانی، همپوشانی منابع اطلاعاتی و همپوشانی موضوعی در سنجش همپوشانی پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی مطرح گردیده است. بررسی‌ها نشان داد که پژوهش‌های انجام‌شده با یکی از اهداف توسعه نظری همپوشانی؛ توضیح روش‌های آماری و نمونه‌گیری؛ مقایسه سیاست نمایه‌سازی منابع ردیف دوم؛ انتخاب پایگاه اطلاعاتی مناسب؛ تعیین موتور جستجوی مناسب، برقراری همکاری‌های بین‌کتابخانه‌ای و ترسیم روابط بین علوم انجام‌شده است؛ همچنین برای ارائه اطلاعات صحیح و کافی در پژوهش‌ها استفاده از روش‌های آماری توصیه می‌شود. درنهایت می‌توان گفت که مطرح‌شدن همپوشانی عنوانی و همپوشانی منابع اطلاعاتی به دلیل تفاوت در دیدگاه پژوهشگران است و همپوشانی موضوعی در بررسی سیاست نمایه‌سازی پایگاه‌ها و ترسیم روابط بین علوم کاربرد دارد.نتیجه‌گیری: درنهایت باید گفت که نظر و عمل به هم تنیده‌اند ازاین‌رو انتخاب روش مناسب سنجش همپوشانی و تعریف عملیاتی در پژوهش به اهداف پژوهش بستگی دارد.ارزش: این پژوهش ازاین‌رو ارزشمند است که پژوهش‌های انجام‌شده در داخل کشور فقط پژوهش‌های کاربردی بوده‌اند و در موضوع همپوشانی از ارائه مفاهیم نظری که اساس تعاریف عملی است، غفلت شده است.

analyzing concepts and measurements of overlap: a literature review

purpose: the study׳s aim is to determine the concepts, methods, and applications of overlap and to describe the differences between the domestic and international studies.methodology: the documentary method is used in this study to analyze the concepts of overlap and the differences between the domestic and international studies through a literature review.findings: in the overlap area, title overlap, information resources overlap, and topic overlap, have been reported in measuring the databases overlap. a literature review showed that overlap studies had been carried out for one of the following objectives: overlap theoretical development, explanation of statistical and sampling methods, comparison of the indexing policy of secondary resources, selection of appropriate databases, determination of proper web search engine, the establishment of interlibrary cooperation, and drawing the relationships among the sciences. it is recommended to use statistical methods to provide the right and enough information for studies. finally, one may say that the advent of some terms such as journal overlap, journal article overlaps, and topic overlap is due to the researchers’ different views. thus, the topic overlap is used to investigate the indexing policy of the databases and to draw the relationships between the sciences. conclusion:  finally, it must be said that theory and practice are intertwined. therefore, choosing the appropriate method to measure the overlap depends on the research objectives.value: this theoretical study is worthwhile as the local studies carried out up to now, are only practical ones.
