بررسی شاخص ‌های آلتمتریکس مقالات نشریات پزشکی ایرانی نمایه شده در پایگاه اطلاعاتی پاب ‏مد رویت شده در رسانه‌های اجتماعی

هدف: هدف از پژوهش حاضر تعیین شاخص‌ های آلتمتریکس مقالات نشریات پزشکی ایرانی نمایه شده در پایگاه اطلاعاتی پاب‏مد در شبکه‌های اجتماعی علمی است.روش‌شناسی‌: این پژوهش از نوع کاربردی با رویکرد علم‌سنجی و با استفاده از شاخص‌های  آلتمتریکس انجام‌شده است. جامعه آماری موردمطالعه در این پژوهش 75 نشریه پزشکی ایرانی که سال 2018 در پایگاه اطلاعانی پزشکی پاب‌مد نمایه شده است را شامل می‌شود. در این پژوهش ابزار بوکمارکلت که به‌صورت رایگان در سایت موسسه آلتمتریکس موجود بوده مورداستفاده قرارگرفته است.یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد (23) درصد از مقالات که حداقل یک‌بار در شبکه‌های اجتماعی علمی به آن‌ها اشاره‌ شده است، دارای نمره آلتمتریک بوده‌اند. میانگین استنادی مقالاتی که نمره آلتمتریک دریافت کرده‌اند (2.91) بوده است. میانگین آلتمتریکس کل مقالات (0.6) نسبت به میانگین استنادی کل مقالات (1.6) نشان می‌دهد. شبکه‌های اجتماعی توییتر با حضور 1036 (21 درصد) مقاله و مندلی با 935 (19 درصد) مقاله بیشتر موردتوجه بوده است.نتایج: پوشش آلتمتریک مقالات نشریات پزشکی ایرانی نمایه شده در پایگاه اطلاعاتی پاب‌مد از سطح قابل قبولی برخوردار است. با توجه به وجود رابطه معنا‌دار و مثبت میان تعداد استنادات دریافتی و نمره آلتمتریک، مدل رگرسیون در خصوص تاثیر حضور در رسانه‌های اجتماعی بر استناد نشان داد که شاخص حضور مقالات در رسانه‌های اجتماعی توانایی پیش‌بینی شاخص استناد را دارد.اصالت و ارزش: مقاله حاضر به بررسی آلتمتریکس مقالات حوزه علوم پزشکی نمایه شده در یکی از معتبرترین پایگاه های اطلاعاتی حوزه پزشکی بوده و شاخص‌های اندازه‌گیری شده در اغلب شبکه‌های اجتماعی علمی صورت پذیرفته است.

review of altmetric index articles of iranian medical publications indexed in pubmed information database in scientific social media

purpose: the aim of this study is to explore the articles included in the altmetric index of iranian medical journals that are listed in the pubmed database within scientific social networks.methodology: this applied research utilized a survey methodology and a scientometric approach based on altmetric indicators. the statistical population for this study comprised all medical articles from 2018 available in the pubmed medical database. data collection was facilitated through the use of the bookmarklet tool, which is accessible for free on the altmetrics institute website.findings: the results revealed that 23% of the articles mentioned at least once on social networks received an altmetric score. the average citation count for articles with an altmetric score was 2.91. the altmetric average for all articles was 0.6 compared to the average citation count of 1.6, indicating that articles received roughly a single citation for every altmetric score. among social networks, twitter was the most popular with 1036 articles (21%), followed closely by mendeley with 935 articles (19%).conclusion: the coverage of altmetrics for articles in iranian medical journals listed in the pubmed database was found to be satisfactory. the study also highlighted a significant and positive correlation between the number of citations received and the altmetric score, suggesting that articles with higher citation counts were also more frequently discussed on social networks.value: this article provides insights into the altmetrics of medical science articles indexed in a reputable medical database, with the measured indicators relevant for use in various scientific social networks.
