تاثیر زیرساخت‌های مدیریت دانش بر عملکرد نوآورانه مبتنی بر فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات (مورد مطالعه: اداره کل ورزش و جوانان استان کرمانشاه)

هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف تاثیر زیرساخت‏های مدیریت دانش بر عملکرد نوآورانه مبتنی بر فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات در اداره کل ورزش و جوانان استان کرمانشاه صورت گرفت.روش‌شناسی: روش پژوهش توصیفی-پیمایشی و به لحاظ هدف کاربردی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل 320 نفر از مدیران و کارکنان اداره کل ورزش و جوانان استان کرمانشاه بودند که با استفاده از روش تصادفی طبقه ای و بر اساس فرمول کوکران 175 نفر به‌عنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش استفاده از دو پرسشنامه استاندارد: زیرساخت‏های مدیریت دانش شکاری و همکاران (2016) و پرسشنامه عملکرد نوآورانه خاکزادیان و همکاران (2020) بود. برای تحلیل داده‏ها از نرم‌افزار آماری اسمارت پی ال اس، مدل معادله ساختاری و روش تحلیل عاملی تاییدی استفاده شده است.یافته‌ها: یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد که زیرساخت‏های مدیریت دانش بر عملکرد نوآورانه مبتنی بر فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات در اداره کل ورزش و جوانان استان کرمانشاه با میزان تاثیر 0.679 و مقدار  t15.474 درصد تاثیر مثبت و معناداری داشته است.نتایج: سازمان‏های ورزشی جهت بهبود عملکرد مدیران و کارکنان خود و توسعه رفتارهای نوآورانه در آن‏ها و نیز برای حفظ جایگاه و موفق بودن در رسالت سازمانی خود ناگزیر به استفاده از مدیریت دانش و دیگر روش‏های علمی مبتنی بر فناوری می‏باشند.اصالت و ارزش: پژوهش حاضر افق جدیدی را در ارتباط با زیرساخت‌های مدیریت دانش در سازمان‌های ورزشی تبیین می‌نماید.

the effect of knowledge management infrastructures on innovative performance based on information and communication technology (study case: general directorate of sports and youth of kermanshah province)

purpose: the purpose of this study was to examine the impact of knowledge management infrastructures on innovative performance based on information and communication technology in the general directorate of sports and youth of kermanshah province.methodology: the research utilized a descriptive-survey and practical approach. the statistical population consisted of 320 managers and employees from the general department of sports and youth of kermanshah province, with a sample size of 175 individuals selected using the stratified random method based on cochran’s formula. two standard questionnaires were used for data collection: the knowledge management infrastructures questionnaire developed by shekari et al. (2016) and the innovative performance questionnaire developed by khakzadian et al. (2020). data analysis was conducted using smartpls statistical software, structural equation modeling, and confirmatory factor analysis.findings: the results indicated that knowledge management infrastructure had a positive and significant impact on innovative performance based on information and communication technology in the general directorate of sports and youth of kermanshah province, with an impact rate of 0.679 and a t-value of 15.474%.conclusion: in order to enhance the performance of managers and employees and foster innovative behaviors, sports organizations must utilize knowledge management and other technological methods to maintain their competitive position and achieve success in their organizational objectives.value: this research provides valuable insights into the role of knowledge management infrastructures in sports organizations.
