بررسی تاثیر نگرانی ایمنی، اقدامات ایمنی و نگرانی سلامت بر بهره‌وری نیروی کار (موردمطالعه: آتش‌نشانان شهر قزوین)

نیروی انسانی، کمیاب‌ترین و گران‌ترین سرمایه‌های هر نوع سازمان محسوب می‌شوند. معمولاً پایین بودن عملکرد نیروی انسانی یکی از مشکلات سازمانی می‌باشد. در تحقیقات گذشته تاثیر عوامل مختلف بر بهره‌وری نیروی کار، موردبررسی قرار گرفته است اما بررسی تاثیر نگرانی ایمنی، اقدامات ایمنی و نگرانی‌های سلامت بر بهره‌وری آتش‌نشانان مورد غفلت قرار گرفته است. این پژوهش ازنظر هدف کاربردی می‌باشد و ازنظر نحوه گردآوری داده‌ها توصیفی از نوع پیمایشی است. روایی پرسش‌نامه از روش صوری و پایایی آن با محاسبه ضریب آلفای کرونباخ حاصل گردید. جامعه تحقیق کلیه آتش‌نشانان شهر قزوین در نظر گرفته شد که تعداد 148 نفر به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب گردید. اطلاعات گردآوری‌شده توسط پرسشنامه‌ها به‌وسیله نرم‌افزارهای spss24 و amos24 با استفاده از مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری مورد تجزیه‌وتحلیل قرار گرفت. تجزیه‌وتحلیل نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که نگرانی ایمنی بر بهره‌وری نیروی کار تاثیر منفی و معناداری دارد. نگرانی ایمنی می‌تواند با ایجاد یک محیط کار نامساعد، بر روحیه، عملکرد و همکاری آتش‌نشانان تاثیر منفی بگذارد و درنتیجه بهره‌وری آن‌ها را کاهش دهد. اقدامات ایمنی بر بهره‌وری نیروی کار تاثیر مثبت و معناداری دارد. اقدامات ایمنی می‌تواند فرآیندها را ایمن‌تر کند و اجرای وظایف لازم را راحت‌تر و درنتیجه بهره‌وری را افزایش دهد. نگرانی سلامت بر بهره‌وری نیروی کار تاثیر منفی و معناداری دارد. نگرانی سلامت می‌تواند منجر به افزایش استرس و اضطراب و کاهش تمرکز و کارایی آنان و درنتیجه کاهش بهره‌وری نیروی کار گردد.

investigating the impact of safety concerns, safety measures and health concerns on workforce productivity (case study: firefighters in qazvin city)

human resources are considered the scarcest and most expensive capital of any type of organization. usually, low human resource performance is one of the organizational problems. in past research, the effect of various factors on labor productivity has been examined, but the study of the effect of safety concerns, safety measures, and health concerns on firefighters’ productivity has been neglected. this research is applied in terms of purpose and is descriptive in terms of data collection. the validity of the questionnaire was obtained by the face method and its reliability by calculating cronbach’s alpha coefficient. the research population was considered to be all firefighters in qazvin city, and 148 people were selected as a sample. the information collected by the questionnaires was analyzed using spss24 and amos24 software using structural equation modeling. analysis of the research results showed that safety concerns have a negative and significant effect on labor productivity. safety concerns can negatively affect the morale, performance, and cooperation of firefighters by creating an unfavorable work environment, and as a result, reduce their productivity. safety measures have a positive and significant effect on labor productivity. safety measures can make processes safer and make it easier to perform necessary tasks, and as a result, increase productivity. health concerns have a negative and significant effect on labor productivity. health concerns can lead to increased stress and anxiety, and reduced concentration and efficiency, and as a result, reduced labor productivity.
