تبیین عوامل موثر بر سرمایه فکری جهت تسهیل بهره‌وری در کسب‌و‌کارهای دانش‌بنیان

کسب‌وکارهای دانش‌بنیان، با تکیه بر سرمایه فکری خود، نقش کلیدی در توسعه اقتصادی دارند. شناسایی عوامل موثر بر سرمایه فکری این شرکت‌ها برای موفقیت، رقابت‌پذیری و درنتیجه بهره‌وری آن‌ها ضروری است. بر همین اساس، پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی و شناسایی عوامل کلیدی تاثیرگذار بر سرمایه فکری در کسب‌وکارهای دانش‌بنیان انجام شده است. به‌منظور دستیابی به اهداف پژوهش، یک مطالعه فراترکیب انجام شده است. در این راستا، کلیه تحقیقات مرتبط با سرمایه فکری که در بازه زمانی بین سال‌های 2000 تا 2024 میلادی و 1389 تا 1402 شمسی منتشر شده بودند، موردبررسی قرار گرفتند. فرآیند تحلیل داده‌ها بر اساس گام‌های هفت‌گانه روش ساندلوسکی و باروسو و با استفاده از نرم‌افزار مکس کیودا انجام شد. ابتدا با جستجوی واژگان کلیدی در پایگاه‌های علمی داخلی و خارجی، 1343 منبع مرتبط شناسایی گردید. پس از حذف موارد تکراری و غربالگری منابع بر اساس معیارهای مرتبط با اهداف پژوهش، 154 مقاله به‌عنوان مقالات نهایی در فراترکیب مورداستفاده قرار گرفتند. به‌منظور سنجش پایایی و اعتبار مدل از ضریب کاپا استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که عوامل موثر در چهار مقوله اصلی شامل 20 مفهوم و 53 کد شناسایی شده‌اند. ضریب کاپا برابر با 0.746 محاسبه شد که نشان‌دهنده سطح توافق عالی است. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که مولفه‌هایی نظیر آموزش کارکنان، دانش، تجارب و سوابق کارکنان، زیرساخت فناوری و سیستم‌های اطلاعاتی دارای بیشترین ضریب اهمیت هستند. به‌عبارت‌دیگر، این عوامل در پژوهش‌های انجام‌شده در حوزه سرمایه فکری بیشتر موردتوجه و بررسی قرار گرفته‌اند.

explaining the factors affecting intellectual capital to facilitate productivity in knowledge-based businesses

knowledge-based businesses, relying on their intellectual capital, play a key role in economic development. identifying the factors influencing the intellectual capital of these companies is essential for their success, competitiveness, and, consequently, productivity. accordingly, this research aims to investigate and identify the key factors affecting intellectual capital in knowledge-based businesses. to achieve the research objectives, a meta-synthesis study was conducted. in this regard, all studies related to intellectual capital published between 2000 and 2024 (1389 to 1402 in the persian calendar) were reviewed. the data analysis process was based on the seven-step method of sandelowski and barroso, using maxqda software. initially, 1343 relevant sources were identified by searching keywords in domestic and international scientific databases. after removing duplicates and screening sources based on criteria aligned with the research objectives, 154 articles were selected as the final sources for the meta-synthesis. cohen’s kappa coefficient was used to assess the reliability and validity of the model. the results revealed that the influencing factors were categorized into four main themes, including 20 concepts and 53 codes. the kappa coefficient was calculated as 0.746, indicating an excellent level of agreement. the findings show that components such as employee training, knowledge, employee experience and background, technological infrastructure, and information systems have the highest importance coefficients. in other words, these factors have been more frequently addressed and examined in studies on intellectual capital.
