میزان مطلوبیت آموزش مجازی مبتنی بر برنامه شاد (مدل مرجع طراحی آموزشی)

هدف پژوهش حاضر تعیین میزان مطلوبیت آموزش مجازی مبتنی بر برنامه شاد (مدل مرجع طراحی آموزشی) بود. روش پژوهش توصیفی- پیمایشی و جامعه ی آماری کلیهی معلمان دورهی ابتدایی فولاد شهر اصفهان بودند که تعداد آنها بالغ بر 430 نفر بود. با استفاده از فرمول کوکران تعداد 220 نفر به عنوان نمونه تعیین و با روش تصادفی طبقه‌ای انتخاب گردیدند. ابزار مورد استفاده پرسشنامه‌ی محقق ساخته بر اساس مدل طراحی آموزشی بود . پس از تایید روایی صوری و محتوایی پرسشنامه، با استفاده از روش قضاوتی (دلفی)، ضریب پایانی با استفاده از فرمول آلفای کرونباخ برای عناصر تجزیه و تحلیل، طراحی، تدوین ، اجرا و ارزشیابی در کل 0.813 برآورد شده است. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات ازآمار توصیفی و استنباطی(آزمون t تک نمونه ای، آزمون t مستقل، آزمون تحلیل واریانس و آزمون توکی) استفاده شد.یافته‌ها نشان داده است که میزان مطلوبیت آموزش مجازی با استفاده از برنامه های شاد کمتراز حد متوسط (2.66 از 5) میزان توجه به عنصر اجرا کمتر از حد متوسط (2/61 از 5) و میزان توجه به عنصر ارزشیابی در حد متوسط (2/99 از 5) بوده است. همچنین بین میزان توجه به عناصر تجزیه و تحلیل، طراحی و ارزشیابی بر جسب جنسیت پاسخگویان و بین میزان توجه به عناصر تجزیه و تحلیل و تدوین نیز بر حسب مدرک تحصیلی پاسخگویان تفاوت معناداری مشاهده شده است. اما بین میزان توجه به عناصر طراحی آموزشی بر حسب میزان آشنایی با فناوری اطلاعات تفاوت معناداری مشاهده نشده است.بر این اساس، لازم است با بازنگری کتب درسی و تعیین اهداف کتابهای درسی بر اساس رویکرد آموزش الکترونیکی، امکان استفادهی بیشتر از این نوع آموزش از طریق نرم افزارهای آموزشی همچون شاد، بیشتر فراهم شود.

the degree of virtual education desirability based on the shad program (educational design reference model)

this research aimed to evaluate the degree of virtual education desirability based on the shad program (educational design reference model). the method was descriptive-survey and the statistical population were all elementary school teachers of fooladshahr in isfahan whose number was more than 430 people. using cochran's formula, 220 people were determined as a sample and selected by stratified random method. the used tool was the researcher's questionnaire based on the educational design reference model. after confirming form and content validity of the questionnaire using the judgment method (delphi), reliability coefficient was estimated to be 0.813 using cronbach's alpha formula for the elements of analysis, design, compilation, implementation and evaluation. descriptive and inferential statistics were used to analyze the data . the findings showed that the degree of virtual education desirability based on shad program was lower than the average (2.66 out of 5). the amount of attention to the analysis was below average (2.59 out of 5), the amount of attention to the design was below the average (2.55 out of 5), the amount of attention to the editing was above the average (2.97 out of 5), the amount of attention to the implementation was below the average (2.61 out of 5) and the amount of attention to the evaluation was the average (2.99 out of 5). also, a significant difference observed between the amount of attention to the analysis, design and evaluation according to the gender and between the amount of attention to the analysis and compilation according to the educational qualification of the respondents. however, no significant difference observed between the level of attention to educational design according to the level of familiarity with information technology. based on this, it is necessary to revise the textbooks and determine their objectives based on the e-learning approach, to provide the possibility of more use of this type of education through educational software such as shad.
